Chapter- 92 (Inevitable Slaughter)

But Mark, who was left with only 13 seconds, didn't care about all these things, as he kept screaming, and while screaming, he rushed towards one of the Doraka inside the space, and before it could realize or do anything, Mark created the head of a tiger and bit its head off.

Seeing the madness, the other 29 warriors ignored the maddened shadows as they attacked Mark with all their powers.

But ignoring the others, he only cared about the four Dorakas and pursued one of them. And knowing his target, the other warriors changed their tactics, and instead of attacking him, they went to protect the Dorakas.

Keeping them in the middle, they surrounded them, but the next moment, Mark and all the shadows vanished.

For a second, they didn't realize what had happened. One minute hadn't completely passed.

There were still ten seconds remaining, so they simply couldn’t understand why and where Mark had disappeared to.

But the next second, the answer came to them, as a black giant circle emerged from nowhere hundreds of kilometers away, destroying everything and obliterating anything that came in its way, as the devastating power let itself loose.

  BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM…..

And seeing the towering darkness devouring everything, the 29 true warriors were so incensed that they couldn’t describe their anger.

Here they were ready to fight to the death, and there Mark was ignoring them and only caring about reaping other weak warriors' lives.

But that was the reality of the tower, where the stronger prey on the weak, where every warrior's life meant a single day.

But fighting such a horrendous battle, they forget about all that, and Mark took advantage of just that.

He showed them his madness, he showed them his recklessness, and the moment they fell for it, he changed targets.

And now, even with Dorakas, they couldn't do anything, cuz even to change time, one needed a certain area of target, one simply couldn't turn back the time of the entire planet, and to reach that area, they needed the power of space, but the warriors who possessed that power were already dead.

  All the Pequans were dead.

And Mark clearly knew it, and for leftover nine seconds, there was no stopping him.

  And that’s exactly what happened.

Like a crazy beast, Mark let his darkness power erupt like nuclear blasts, slaughtering creatures left and right, until finally, nine seconds passed, and automatically, a portal opened and sucked him in, finally stopping all the madness.

[Tower Notification: Total 1267 Creatures Killed.]

[Basic Reward: 1267 Days and Creatures Heart.]

This total reward included all the creatures that Mark killed, even the true warriors.

  ………………..

With a zoop, the portal opened, and Mark came out of it, and from inside him came Ayden, who was boiling in anger. “What was what? WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?? You blinked the moment you went to the Blue Planet. You did not slaughter anyone recklessly. You did exactly what I told you to, then why the fuck did they come after you? Why? WHY??”

He simply couldn’t process what just happened. It was as if again the entire world was against Mark.

But Mark didn’t listen or care about what Ayden was saying, as he mumbled, “They were there for me.”

Ayden, who heard Mark mumbling, shook his head, “They were not there for you, Mark. Maybe they were marking their territory. And seeing you there, they considered you their enemy. It was just our bad luck, nothing more.”

But Mark still did not listen to anything Ayden said and kept mumbling, “Why were they after me? I have no enemy? Was it because of Carl? Is he that powerful? Or is it someone else? I played by the rules, then why?”

And seeing Mark like this, Ayden felt himself panicking as he grabbed Mark’s shoulder and shook him, “Mark, listen to me, they were not there for you. We were just at the wrong place, at the wrong time.”

“We were at the wrong place, at the wrong time,” Mark mumbled, but then his eyes became so chilly that it gave Ayden a big fright. But before he could do or say anything, Mark grabbed his own shirt and tore it open.

And the moment that happened, Ayden felt his soul slipping out of his body.

There on Mark’s chest was a deadly black eye, as if it was staring at everything and anything related to him.

And the word, ‘The eye of battlefield’ came in his mind automatically, and the moment that happened, Ayden felt as if he was in the ninth hell.

“THEN WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS? WHO THE FUCK WOULD WASTE 1000 DAYS TO SPECIFICALLY MARK ME WITH ‘THE EYE OF BATTLEFIELD’?? LET ONE OF THE TRUE WARRIORS DIE TO MAKE THE MARK PERMANENT!!! WHO???? I ASKED WHO AYDENNNNNNNNNNN……” Mark roared, making Ayden jolt awake from his stupor.

“W-Wha… Why is this there… What’s going on…This is not how it was supposed to happen.” Ayden stuttered as he involuntarily took two steps back.
