In Preparazione per Lasta

Venera led the girls down the bustling streets of the city. The night was falling, the lights of the city sparkling in the backdrop. The girls tried to keep their composure, but they couldn't help but feel a knot in their stomachs as they got closer to the casino.

After a few minutes, they finally reached their destination; the grand, luxurious 'Emerald Oasis'. The casino's facade was grand, the lights reflecting off the polished surface.

Venera stopped in front of the casino, turning to face the girls again.

  "Alright. This is the place.”

The girls took in the sight of the Emerald Oasis, the imposing structure standing before them. The sounds of lively chatter and clinking glasses wafted from inside, the atmosphere brimming with life.

Venera's voice cut through the girls' awe-struck gazes, bringing them back to reality.

"Remember, once we're inside, don't draw any unnecessary attention to yourself. Stay calm and act normal. My men are already inside and in position. They're waiting for our cue.”

The girls nodded, swallowing hard. Acting normal wouldn't be too difficult, right? They could handle this.

"And remember," Venera continued, her eyes fixing on them. "Stick together. Do not leave the others' sights. And when the moment arises, act without hesitation. This is a delicate operation, and every second counts. Got it?”

The girls exchanged determined glances, nodding in affirmation.

Alice spoke up, her voice steady. "Got it. No separation, stay sharp, act like we belong here, and be ready to act when the time comes. We've got this.”

Venera smiled, pleased with the girls' confidence.

"Good. Now follow me. Oh, and one more thing..."

Venera paused for a moment, her expression serious.

"Whatever you do, don't trust your first instincts. The Emerald Oasis might look fancy and glamorous, but there are secrets and dangers hidden beneath the surface. Be careful."

With that, Venera pushed open the doors of the casino, and they stepped into the lion's den…

As the girls followed Venera into the Emerald Oasis, the atmosphere was like that of a glamorous, high-end club. The air was thick with the scent of luxury, the sound of chatter and laughter from the patrons filling the space. Expensive-looking decorations adorned every corner, and the casino was lit by dimmed lighting, creating a seductive, intimate air.

The girls tried to maintain a calm demeanor, but the grandeur and lavishness of the surroundings was slightly overwhelming, especially knowing what was at stake…

Venera led the girls through the casino, guiding them past various tables where wealthy-looking patrons played games, sipped expensive drinks, or engaged in quiet conversation. Every now and then, a familiar face would notice Venera and nod respectfully, acknowledging her presence.

Finally, Venera stopped at the edge of the casino floor near the bar area, where it was slightly quieter. She turned to the girls, her voice a low murmuring.

"Stay here. I have some... business to attend to. My men are nearby, but keep a low profile for now.”

The girls exchanged glances, feeling a bit uneasy. Being left alone in the casino made their anxiety rise a bit, but they trusted Venera's words.

Zalgo nodded, staying calm. "Understood. We'll lay low and wait here.”

Venera gave a small nod, her gaze sweeping over the girls one more time before making her way deeper into the casino, disappearing into the crowd.

The girls were left alone in the bar area, their hearts pounding in their chests. The lively atmosphere continued all around them, but their minds were focused on the mission and what lay ahead.

One of the girls, Rachel, glanced around, taking in the luxurious surroundings of the casino.

If you find this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the infringement.

"This place is... something else, huh?" She said quietly.

The other girls nodded, taking in the atmosphere.

Zalgo, trying to stay calm, agreed. "Yeah, it's definitely a different world here. But we can't get too distracted. We need to stay focused."

Alice glanced around, her gaze taking in the opulent surroundings. "Do you think we stand out here? We don't exactly...fit in, you know.”

The other girls also looked around, noticing the well-dressed patrons of the casino who seemed to exude wealth and power. In comparison, the girls looked a bit out of place with their everyday clothes and nervous expressions.

Zalgo sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Yeah, I guess we do kinda stick out like a sore thumb here. But there's nothing we can do about it now. Just act normal.”

  …

Venera glided through the casino, her confident stride catching the eye of many patrons along the way. Her presence was known and respected amongst the more affluent members of the Emerald Oasis, who gave subtle nods in acknowledgment or greeting.

She approached a private table in a secluded area of the casino, where a group of three men sat around, each holding glasses of fine whiskey. They all looked up as Venera approached, recognizing her immediately.

One of the men stood up, giving a small bow. "Ms. Bianchi, glad you could make it.”

Venera gave a slight nod in return, taking a seat at the table.

"Gentleman, thank you for meeting me here. I trust everything is in place?"

The man who had greeted her, a portly man with a round face and a goatee, nodded.

"Of course, Ms. Bianchi. Everything is ready as per your instructions. The security is tightened, and the staff are all stationed in their positions.”

Venera nodded approvingly as she listened to the man. "Good. Any issues or unforeseen developments I need to know about?"

The second man in the group, a tall, lean man with dark eyes, spoke up, his voice gruff.

"No issues so far, everything's running smoothly, including the auction.”

Venera nodded again, satisfied with the response. "Excellent. And the auction items? Everything has been prepared according to my instructions?"

The third man, a middle-aged man with a graying beard, answered. "Everything's set up and ready, Ms. Bianchi. The auction items are in the vault and under tight security as you requested.”

Venera leaned back in her seat, a small smile playing on her lips. "Perfect. And the extra...surprise I requested? Is it ready for deployment as planned?"

The three men exchanged quick glances, then the first man with a goatee answered again. "Yes, Ms. Bianchi. The surprise is prepared and standing by, just awaiting the signal.”

Venera's smile grew ever so slightly, a hint of satisfaction in her eyes. "Good. Make sure the surprise is properly concealed and discrete, understood? We need it to remain hidden until the right moment."

The three men nodded in agreement, their expressions serious. "Understood, Ms. Bianchi. The surprise will be hidden discreetly, and activated only on your command.”

Venera nodded in approval again, her eyes sweeping over the three men. "Perfect. Now, one more thing."

The men's attention focused on Venera again, ready to hear her next instruction.

Venera leaned forward slightly, her voice lowered. "I've invited some...guests for the evening. They're a group of four young girls, late teens. They'll be around, but I want your men to keep an eye on them. Don't let them wander off too much, but don't be too obvious about it, either."

The men exchanged confused looks, puzzled by the request. The man with the goatee spoke again.

"May we inquire... who these girls are, Ms. Bianchi?”

Venera's expression remained neutral as she answered, her tone calm. "They're just some acquaintances of mine. I've taken a certain interest in them."

The man with the graying beard, seeming a bit confused, voiced another question. "An interest, Ms. Bianchi? Why, if I may ask?”

Venera's smile turned slightly amused as she responded, her tone still cool and confident. "They possess certain potential that I see as useful. I've taken them under my wing, you could say."

The three men exchanged glances, still somewhat perplexed. The lean man raised an eyebrow, asking another question.

"Useful for what, exactly, if you don't mind us inquiring?”

Venera's amused smile broadened just slightly. "They possess skills, abilities, and... talents that make them valuable assets in certain situations."

The man with the goatee, still puzzled, asked a final question.

"Are these girls...trustworthy, Ms. Bianchi? You're not normally the type to take in...strays. No offense, of course.”

Venera chuckled lightly, not taking offense. "That's a fair observation. No, these girls are not like the usual strays. But they're...different. They possess a certain determination, a unique resilience that I find interesting."

The group of men still appeared slightly confused, but they didn't dare press further. After all, questioning the motives of the powerful Venera Bianchi was unwise.

Venera, realizing the discussion was winding down, decided to end the conversation with one more instruction. "That's all for now. Keep an eye on the girls and await my signal. Remember, discretion and security are of the utmost importance tonight. Is that clear?"

The three men nodded in understanding, knowing not to question Venera's orders. "Crystal-clear, Ms. Bianchi. We'll keep a watchful eye on the girls as requested.”

Venera stood up from her seat, straightening her black coat. "Good. I'll be checking in on the auction, mingling with guests while I'm at it, so keep things running smoothly, and I'll be in touch when the time comes. I expect no issues."

The men at the table rose from their seats as well, nodding in acknowledgment. "Understood, Ms. Bianchi. The casino's operations are in our capable hands.”

Venera gave a final nod, her gaze raking over the men one last time. "Perfect. I trust you'll all do me proud. Now, if you excuse me, I have some... business to attend to."

And with that, she turned and walked away from the table, blending back into the crowd of wealthy patrons, leaving the men to continue running the casino and wait for the events of the night to unfold.
