Chapter 71: Saki’s Dress

  Tama

I stood there, floored at Anna’s reasoning. I opened my mouth, then closed it. I had nothing. S he had me hook, line, and sinker. My mother was royalty, and she did make all those decisions. Regardless of her reasoning, they still ended up as horrible mistakes.

Silence filled the area. Well, except for Saki snoring loudly. It was so adorable listening to her snore. For a moment, I lost myself in her snoring before returning to the topic at hand. “So, you are saying that just by being me, I am being a princess and royalty?” I asked.

I felt a wave of assent, and my gi shimmered. I looked over at Saki, m y best friend, my ally, my royal advisor. Anna’s voice came through. “Also, why would royalty need an advisor if they made all the right decisions?”

I smiled at that, S he had a point. I was never one to overly think about things, and that was enough thinking for today. There was only one person I needed to talk to, and she was currently passed out in a compromising position, snoring her brains out.

But first, there was something else I needed to handle.

I walked up to the goblin city, and they let me in. They clearly had no idea I had killed that goblin slaver. I smiled as Anna said, “Obviously not, G oblins are not too bright at the best of times, and you are pretty sneaky!”

I decided I was starting to like Anna more and more. We made our way down the street until we came across a building. T he same clothing building Saki shopped at to get her see-through underwear and dress.

I walked in and found the shop owner. After a long and strange conversation where he had me undress, and then poked me randomly with a stick, he said he had the perfect outfit for me!

He designed the outfit. It was purple like my hair, and it went down just below my knees. A large cut went up the side to my thigh. It was thin and sparkly. It was also completely see-through. The goblin said I needed to wear what he called ‘lacey undergarments’ to really seal the deal and not give everything away. But I did not really want underwear.

I paid a single shiny round piece for it. Anna took one look and molded her form to match the design. I looked at myself in the broken mirror, smiling at my new look. If I was going to be royalty, I had to look more mature, just like Saki!

I quickly made my way back to Saki and waited patiently for her to wake up. Eventually, though, I got bored of waiting and went to poke her.

“It is only been a minute, Tama!” Anna said, but I ignored her. T here was no way it was only a minute. I poked Saki three times before she woke up. She rubbed her eyes and sat up before turning to look up at me.

I took a step back and raised my arms, showing my new outfit. Saki’s eyes went wide, then after a moment, she started to smile. After a few seconds, that smile became a giggle, which became full-on laughter. Finally, it ended with Saki rolling on the floor holding her stomach while I stared at her, confused.

“What is so funny, Saki?!” I asked seriously. “I got a new mature adult outfit like you!”

Saki burst out laughing even harder at this and was now struggling to breathe between fits of it. I frowned and crossed my arms, waiting for her to stop. When she finally did, she sat up, taking deep breaths. Then looked at me again and fell back in renewed laughter.

Eventually, Saki climbed to her feet after wiping her eyes and shaking her head. “Tama, please tell me you are not serious,” she said with an amused smile on her face.

I looked uncertainly at her. “What is wrong with it?” I asked.

Saki raised an eyebrow, and for a moment, she looked thoughtful before she seemed to nod to herself. “Okay, Tama, here is the thing. My outfit is not mature at all, not unless you count sex appeal as mature.”

I blinked at her, confused. “What do you mean?” My tail wrapped around my leg, and my ears drooped.

Saki sighed, and her amused smile became a sad one. “Tama, you looked perfectly fine with your giyou do not need to dress like that. It sends the wrong message,” she said sadly.

“But Saki wears stuff like this all the time!” I snapped back. And her amused smile came back, and she covered her mouth. S he was trying not to laugh again.

“Tama, I wear these clothes because it gives me control over weak-minded men and makes it easier for me to control them. Not because it has any grace or dignity . Q uite the opposite really . ” Saki said matter-of-factly before shaking her head again before looking down at Anna. “Anna, please shift back to her gi. Y ou know that is not funny!”

Anna shimmered aggressively for a moment, and I realized she was laughing too! She shimmered for a moment, and my gi came back over me.

I sighed and asked, “Was it really that bad?”

“Not at all!” Saki said quickly, then added, “It is just, that is something you should wear with a guy you like in a private setting. Not around town, like me. Guys are not supposed to see what is under our outfits, Tama, just like we are not supposed to see under theirs. That is the point of clothing.”

I was confused, but noddedSaki did know best after all. Then I remembered why I went to shop anyway. “Saki!” I said suddenly. “I know what to do with Tristy and Paige!”

Saki nodded and asked, “So, what did you decide?”

Instead of responding to Saki, I stood tall and turned to face Tristy and Paige. They had woken up from Saki's fit of laughter earlier and were now cleaning up their bedrolls.

"Hello Tristy and Paige!" I said happily. They both turned to look at me. Paige dropped what she was doing, fell to her knees, and did a weird bowing gesture where she put her hands out front and touched the ground. Tristy looked uncertain, then joined Paige a moment later in the same position.

I rolled past it . T hey did this last time too. "Tama has great news! Tama has figured out what to do with you!"

They both began to shake and Tristy began to sob and spoke. "Please Mistress Tama, have mercy. We didn't mean whatever we did to offend you!"

I blinked in confusion at her words and looked to Saki, who brought her hand to her face like she was smacking her own face. She did that a lot.

I turned back to Tristy and Paige, now a little worried, but pushed through anyways. "Tama wants you to know that she has decided to take good care of you both! Tama did not understand when she bought you what that meant. But Tama will be a good Mistress and take good care of her servants!"

Both of them stopped shaking at that and slowly Tristy looked up at me. I smiled back down at her and she looked hopeful.

I continued. "Tama has a confession to make. She has no use for slaves!" I declared as I pointed my hand at them.

Paige began to sob and Tristy's face paled and tears filled her eyes, hope replaced by terror.

This was not going how I planned... I quickly finished. "As such I will be leaving you in the capable hands of my royal advisor who will protect you and help me take care of you!"

Both of them looked at me puzzled and Saki spoke up. "Tama, you can't give them to methey are literally soul bound to you!" She sounded pissed. I might have messed up.

"By that," I continued, trying to sound like I still had a plan. Anna whispered in my head, "Repeat after me. Tama hereby wishes to give her slaves a good life, as such she will henceforth bring you to the surface and give you a place to stay and work for me."

I froze for a second before nodding and saying, "Tama wishes to give her slaves a good life and she will bring them to the surface and give them a place to stay and work!"

I felt Anna's slight irritation but she said, "Close enough." I sighed in relief as both Tristy and Paige looked much calmer, if still super nervous.

"Did Anna tell you to say that, Tama?" Saki asked in a dry tone. I paled as I turned to face her.

"Um... maybe," I said even as Anna screeched in my head, "Say NO!"

"I mean... no?" I said, confused, and Saki, once again, smacked her own face. "Dammit Tama, you were supposed to figure this out on your own, not have Anna do it for you!"

"Well, as a royal Princess, I am supposed to rely on my royal advisor to help with such important decisions!" Anna said in my head.

"Yeah, what Anna said!" I said out loud before realizing my error.

In a panic I looked back at Tristy and Paige. "You guys think I said the right thing, right?" I asked hopefully.

Both of them nodded vigorously at me and I pointed at them while looking back at Saki. "See, they think I did it right!"

Saki's eye twitched and she said, "Tama, they are literally slaves. If you told them to tell you the sky was purple and rocks were made of pudding, they would agree with you!"

I paused at that and after a moment asked, "Really? Would they believe it too?" The idea was interesting, and I had a few ideas about dealing with the enemy... clothes.

Saki shut me down instantly. "No Tama, they won't believe it. They will just do and say whatever you tell them to while thinking in their heads you are crazy."

I deflated, partially because I had a great scheme in mind and partially because I felt crappy for wanting to push my beliefs onto others.

"Why don't you just tell me what to do, Saki! You are my royal advisor. Y ou are meant for this!" I said, sounding far more whiny than I meant to. I fell to my knees and grabbed Saki's dress. "Please Saki! I'm dying here!"

Saki rolled her eyes at me and crossed her arms. "You can't be serious, Tama. You are such a drama queen! Get up!"

Anna suddenly left my body and swam over to Tristy and jumped into her. Tristy jerked then smiled. She stepped forward and pronounced, "I want Mistress Tama to keep me in her private bedroom and whip me every day for fun!"

The area went silent as everyone stared at Tristy. I slowly stood, drew Serenity, and blinked over to Tristy. I used my water to reach inside of her and grab Anna's core. I then pulled her out and blinked over to the lake. I took three steps back, really measuring my aim. Then threw Anna over the lake to the other side.
