[Flashback – ōtsutsuki Realm, Years Ago]
A sea of silver grass swayed under a blood-orange sky.
Queen Aria stood atop the floating citadel, her eyes fixed on the horizon. Behind her stood 30 million elite ōtsutsuki warriors, their armors glinting with starlight. Beside her, Sylus—her general and the man she loved—remained silent.
Aria:
"I'm sending the full legion. Yumi’s kidnapping isn’t just a threat to our people. It’s a challenge to me, your Queen."
Sylus (placing a hand on her shoulder):
"You don’t need to send Kashin. I’ll go alone… just for now."
Aria turned, her mask of authority cracking slightly. Her voice dropped—intimate, pained.
Aria:
"You always take advantage of the fact I love you... don't you?"
Sylus gave a rare smile and nodded.
Sylus:
"I do."
Then he vanished, leaving only the wind and worry in his wake.
Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

[4 Days Later – ōtsutsuki Throne Hall]
Kashin barged into the chamber, fury on his face.
Kashin:
"Sylus went alone?! Against 50 million of them? Are you insane?!"
Aria (gripping her throne):
"He asked for one week... I have to believe in him."
Toneri stepped beside her, calm but firm.
Toneri:
"Sylus has never broken his word. Not once. We wait."
Aria clenched her fist—but nodded.

[3 Days Later – Battlefield of Ash]
Smoke. Corpses. A crimson moon.
Kashin arrived—too late to join the battle, just in time to witness its wrath.
He stepped over fallen enemies, through mountains split in half. And then he saw it:
Sylus. His fists a blur, pummeling Majin into a crater. Over and over. The sky screamed with each impact.
Behind them, chained but alive, was Yumi—bloodied but conscious. Kashin freed her gently.
Then he approached Sylus and placed a hand on his shoulder.
Kashin (softly):
"It's over. You fought for a week straight. You won, brother. I'm proud of you."
Sylus slowly stopped. His body trembled—not from weakness, but from the weight of what he had done.
He stood.
Then, from the dust, Majin coughed—laughing through blood.
Majin:
"I'll return for you, bastard. Even if you're reborn... I will find you again."
Kashin stepped forward, unsheathing a blade of light. He slashed across Majin’s chest, carving a deep X that glowed with sealing energy.
Kashin:
"Then carry this mark... so next time, we know who ran from the strong and attacked the helpless."
Majin screamed as the mark burned.

[Present Day – Majin’s Lair]
Majin jolted awake in a sweat. The scar on his chest throbbed.
Majin (grinning):
"Yuta… now Sylus. Ryouta… now Kashin. How deliciously poetic."
He stood, his robe dragging across the blackened floor as he walked deeper into his dungeon.
---
[Prison Cell – Himawari’s Captivity]
Her hair was matted, her skin bloodied, but her eyes blazed.
A soldier approached, hesitating.
Soldier:
"This one... she’s like Yumi. She's not breaking, my Lord."
Himawari (spitting blood):
"I’m counting every hit. Every time you touch me, I memorize it."
She leaned forward despite the pain.
Himawari:
"When Yuta and Boruto come, I’ll make sure they return the pain tenfold."
Majin chuckled from the shadows.
Majin:
"And I’ll make sure they arrive just in time to see your final breath."

[Moon Kingdom – Council Room]
Aria stared out into space, her hand clenched around a glowing crystal.
Aria (to Toneri):
"If Boruto can’t calm Yuta… if he slips into Sylus' old rage..."
Toneri:
"Then Earth may not survive what’s coming."
A long silence followed.
The war had never ended. It had just been waiting… for reincarnation.
