Noah gasped softly, automatically responding to the kiss.
Micah pulled away just enough to reach behind Noah and switch the shower to warm water.
“I hate cold water.”
“You pulled away just to whine about the cold water?” Noah sighed — then grabbed Micah by the collar and yanked him back into another kiss.
Micah responded far too quickly, hands sliding around Noah’s hips.
Noah’s fingers tangled in Micah’s hair, unconsciously tracing the sensitive tips of his ears.
Micah lightly bit Noah’s bottom lip — not enough to hurt, just enough to make Noah gasp — and soothed the sting with a soft brush of his lips.
Noah reacted far too strongly, knees weakening.
Micah noticed instantly and lifted him with ease, Noah’s legs wrapping around his waist without a second thought.
Micah pressed him gently against the shower wall, hot water streaming over both of them.

Noah’s hands drifted to the collar of Micah’s soaked shirt…
but Micah pulled away, taking Noah’s hand and kissing his knuckles.
“…Did I do something wrong?” Noah whispered, blushing red like a tomato.
Micah flashed a crooked grin. “No, you didn’t. I just… would rather do this on a nice warm bed.”
“EH?!!! W?what?! You— I?I… What?! Who says I had those intentions?!”
Noah looked like he was about to spontaneously combust.
“I see.”
“You say that like you know something I don’t.”
“I know one thing,” Micah murmured. “You need to rest.”
“No I don’t! You treat me like a baby!”
“I really don’t.”
“You do.”
“Okay,” Micah said, deadpan. “Then you’re my baby. Sound good?”
Noah leaned his head against Micah’s shoulder. “…I hate you.”
“You love me.”
“I do.”
Micah gently set him down. “You should shower. I’ll leave you be.”
He turned to go — but Noah grabbed his hand, face fully red.
“I was wondering… if you want to shower with me…” Noah whispered, staring at the floor.
Micah froze.
He was very tempted.
“I don’t trust my self?control that much,” he admitted.
Noah whined, pouting. “Please?”
“Don’t tempt me,” Micah groaned. “I’ll wait in your room.”
“Fineeee. Can I at least get a kiss?”
Micah didn’t wait.
He leaned in, kissed Noah softly on the lips, and slipped out of the bathroom — leaving Noah breathless under the warm water.
