Although the route they took was relatively safe, monsters did appear occasionally. This was the reason why one member of the Silver Party had to accompany the workers in case they encountered a monster.

Soon, Roy led the workers inside the cave and guided them toward the carcasses of the Fire Lizards. The workers got to work and transported all 18 carcasses of the Fire Lizards outside the cave.

The only reason their party was hunting Fire Lizards was because they needed a Fire Core, a very important material needed for their leader Ramses to undergo his third heavenly trial.
Why didn't they buy it from the Fairies? Because it costs 200 gold coins, which they couldn't afford. So, after paying 2 silver coins at the Evy Information Store, they learned they could find a Fire Core in a cave with Fire Lizards.
“No, we didn't even get to explore the whole cave. Deep inside the cave, there is a whole colony of Fire Lizards.” Keli spoke slowly, as she was pretty tired today.
“Okay everyone, let's get going.” After resting for a while, Ramses ordered.
Putting the warm Fire Lizard carcass on his back, Kenji followed everyone as they headed back toward the city.
Along the way, Kenji would slow down the circulation of his Ki whenever he felt even a tiny bit of burning sensation.
Returning to the city, the members of the Silver Party sold the carcasses of the Fire Lizards and then sent Marconi to pay everyone.
“Here are your 80 copper coins.” Handing over the copper coins to Kenji, Marconi was very happy; today he made an extra silver coin without doing anything.

This increased their hunting range, and they targeted a sounder of boars which was led by an Elite monster.
However, since the leader of the Amber Party was already a genuine Level 3 hunter, he wasn't scared of a Level 4 Elite Monster who might or might not have awakened its innate talents.
Monsters in the Ancient World are divided into three types: Normal, Elite, and Epic.
Normal monsters range from Level 1 to 3. They don’t possess much intelligence and rely mostly on instinct, which makes them the easiest to hunt.
Next come the Elite Monsters, which range from Level 4 to 6. Unlike Normal Monsters, Elite Monsters have high intelligence and are equipped with various Innate Skills.
As for Epic Monsters ranging from Level 7 to 9, up till now humans haven't come across a single one.
Although it was difficult hunting a Level 4 Elite Monster as a Level 3, it wasn't impossible, and today Amare achieved it with the help of his teammates.
After the death of the leader, the rest of the boars were sitting ducks and were easily killed by the members of the Amber Party.
