⚔️ Special – Talk with the Author: From the Shadows of Disasters to the Light of Virtues

Hey there, my readers from the Shadows of the Disasters!

Come into the light — the side of the Virtues ??

Today’s chapter is different. No fights, no new techniques… just a direct talk from the author to you, the legion of the Invincible Skinny Guy.

It all started from a mix of anger and passion for stories that mean something.

I wanted to create something with soul — a story that makes readers think, laugh, cry, and cheer.

The Virtues were born as the opposite of the Disasters — the answer to a corrupted world.

But here’s the funny part: sometimes I imagine you, the silent one, reading every chapter, following each battle, but never commenting!

Yeah, you, the shameless one hiding in the shadows ??

Step into the light! Comment, vote, say what you think! It costs nothing and makes the author here smile.

I grew up watching amazing anime — and learning from their mistakes too.

Let’s be honest, Demon Slayer is awesome, but it deserved more!

Muzan, the strongest demon, went down too quickly.

And Kokushibou — legendary, terrifying — also ended too soon.

Still, huge respect. It’s a masterpiece, but I just felt it needed more time to shine.

Then there’s Solo Leveling. Great story, but after Jin-Woo awakened the Black Heart,

the Monarchs dropped too easily. Where was the struggle? The tension?

The Beru fight was insane — pure emotion — but after that, everything sped to the end.

Even with Ashborn showing up, it lost the “wow” factor.

And The Rising of the Shield Hero…

You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story.

Season one was perfect: a hero against the system, betrayed, fighting prejudice and slavery.

But season two lost that soul. The world stopped feeling alive.

It had story — sure — but it lost the heart.

That’s why I try to learn from all of it.

I’m not saying those works are bad — far from it.

They’re amazing. But I want to deliver something that starts strong, stays strong, and ends epic.

A story where readers can say:

“Damn… that was top-tier. It ended perfectly.”

I want The Return of the Failure to be alive — not just endless fights.

I want a universe that’s rich, fun, full of soul and consistency.

Not just punches like Dragon Ball (which I love, but come on — it’s all about the tournament ??),

and not rushed like Solo Leveling.

I want you to feel growth, purpose, and emotion in every arc.

And when it ends, I want you to feel like it was worth every chapter.

From my heart — thank you to every single one of you who reads, even quietly.

You’re giving me your time, and that’s gold to an author.

Comment, vote, give feedback — it helps a lot and shows me I’m on the right path.

If you don’t want to comment, that’s fine too.

But just know that I’m happy knowing you’re there, reading, laughing, living this story with me.

And for the Disaster team, come at me ??

Because the Virtues are heating up!

(Small spoiler: Buddha better not dream that I said this ??)

  Buddha: Did you say something?

Author: Nothing, just that we must defeat any Disaster on our path.

  Buddha: I like that.

  Author: Phew, escaped! ??

So yeah… this is my rant, my heart, and my gratitude.

I hope you’re enjoying the journey — and I promise to keep doing my best

to deliver a fun, intense, and meaningful fantasy story.

If you’re liking it, leave a comment, drop a vote, join the fun.

It costs nothing and helps the skinny guy keep going ??

Nerds, otakus, curious readers, fantasy fans, or even you silent ghosts —

thank you from the bottom of my heart.

See you tomorrow at 8 PM…

But if I get inspired and in a good mood, you already know: bonus chapter incoming!

  With love,

The Author ??? — The Invincible Skinny Guy
