Chapter 13 Death awakened

Morning has fallen all over the city, as the sun shone through the horizon. its golden rays Shone through the city, filling the streets with life, as people could be seen engaged in their daily activities once more, going here and there, except for Renjiro.

He could be seen busy trimming flowers with scissors around his house. He was preoccupied with thoughts about the conflicts that broke out in Shibuya, and the countless lives that were lost. The numbers were uncounted; some were put to rest, while the rest where lit in flames. His heart ached.

It was painful; a lot of people had lost someone dear to them. Clenching his teeth in agony, he thought, "Is it their fault? It's all their fault," feeling enraged.

Even if he had to save hundreds of people, and one of them died, he would never forgive himself because one life is far too precious. The loss would become a huge burden for him to bear.

He knelt, trimming the remaining flowers." With the scissors. Sigh... He looked at the floor, and his mind drifted back to the scenes where he met a strange being and the revelation he shared during their conversation concerning something he said about a God tree.

The God Tree?! I've never heard of it...

His thoughts were disrupted when one of the neighbors, a few meters away from his house, came out. An old lady emerged from her home, supporting herself with a walking stick. She wore a white silk garment and had a red palm on her legs, shaking. Her hair was pinned back.

She also held a kettle of water in her hand as she made her way to spray her flowers, which she had planted in front of her house. She was also accompanied by her dog, whose name is Mil. He let out a loud bark, drawing Renjiro's attention.

  Bark!

Turning his head to where the noise came from, Renjiro instantly recognized her. "Good morning, Ms. Sei," Renjiro greeted, waving his hand in the air."

"Oh! Good morning, my boy. How was your night?" she asked, beaming with a smile. Her skin was pale, wrinkled, and folded, as she had aged. She's a 60-year-old lady with two kids, Sasi and Mompo, who are currently studying abroad.

"Fine!" he said, still grinning with his eyes closed. He was once a stubborn brat in the neighborhood when he was a kid back then, which is why he was popular in society. He had the habit of bringing smiles to people's faces.

Her husband,Mr Tang Hang, came out of the house, stretching his body with his arms spread wide while yawning." Cracks!?.." Ehh! Ehh! That's a beauty."

"He moans in bliss when he felt his bones stretch. He puts on a brown coat and a round hat on his head. He's a 70-year-old man; his eyes are all wrinkled and are now on the verge of closing.

"He took out a salted pork from his pocket and placed it in his mouth. He took out a lighter from his pocket and lit it." which he always smokes as usual.

He has a bald head in the center of his head, with hair around it styled. Taking the pork out of his mouth, he let a hiss of smoke into the air with his head facing upwards.

"Which caused Renjiro to burst into uncontrollable laughter."

"What are you laughing at, you scum!?" Tang Hang growled at him. His reaction caused Ms. Sei to burst into laughter as she began to laugh hard.

"Honey, please calm down! He's just a boy," Ms. Sei said, calming her husband down. Still not willing to leave the old man alone, Renjiro kept taunting him, getting under the old man's skin.

"Try and catch me, old man!" Renjiro said, dropping his scissors, laughing, and making his way outside. Standing in the center of the street, he stuck out his tongue at him, with his eyes rolling against each other. Tang Hang's jaw clenched. Fists tightened. A thick vein popped in his forehead.

"You brat! I'm gonna rip your head off, you little punk!!" the old man screamed at the top of his lungs. As he chased after Renjiro, they started running around the neighborhood.

Ms. Sei was left laughing hard, pressing her stomach with tears streaming down her face. She watched the two of them running around like wild cats and rats. It's so ironic, bringing back good memories from the old days.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

  "Hahaha! Hahahaha! Oh my God!..."

Ms. Sei couldn't control her laughter, and the other neighbors who came out of their houses, preparing for work, couldn't control their laughter either as they watched the two of them running around.

  "Hahahaha! Hahahaha!"

"Come on! Try harder! You won't get anywhere if you keep chasing me like that!" the old man Renjiro taunted, laughing.

"Come here! Let me chop your head off!" Tang Hang screamed as he tried to hold his ground, chasing after the young teen.

  Black Pool HQ.

  Tip! Tip! Tip!

"Those were the sounds of Hannah tapping her fingernails on her armchair, leaving the sounds to echo through the silent room.

"The entire room was decorated with fire beacons lit at every corner across the room, with guards standing by each post.

"Queen Hannah sat in her throne, deep in thought. She had received news that the mythical beings who attacked the city were forced to retreat by an unknown man. According to her servants, the beings were overpowered by a single person without breaking a drop of sweat. The reports said he happened to be a member of Blaze High Academy. His power scale was on a completely different level.

"Who is this person?" she thought while resting her chin on her hand. With the other hand on her lap, she tapped her leg as she crossed her legs. She wore a black kimono that left her chest halfway exposed through the fabric, and an aches robe was tied around her waist, leaving her legs exposed, which were clad in black pantyhose.

In other words, she received another disturbing piece of news about how Renjiro Akatsuki, the boy who was rumored in the Prophecy, had handily defeated the monster she had sent to kill him—all by himself.

"Even as an amateur, he managed to defeat the Barog all by himself. Something that would give a sorcerer a tough time.

What really happened down there!?" Something must have happened there! He shouldn't have been able to defeat the monster all by himself, she thought while stroking her shin nub. She didn't notice someone a person coming in.

"My lady!" the person said, bowing with his hand on his chest to pay his respect to her. Hearing the person's voice, she snapped back to her senses.

"Oh! Yes, Cock! What can I do for you?" the Queen of the Tygarians asked. Raising his head up high, Cock spoke up.

"You seem lost in thought; that's why I came to you," Cock said, showing his concern for her. "It's the boy, isn't it? You're thinking of how you want to take that boy down." For each new day, his presence grows stronger!

  "Sigh!...

"Yes," feeling stressed, Hannah replied. She thought killing him without using full force would be better, and now it's going to be tougher than she thought.

"If you want to kill him, first you need to break his spirit!" Cock said, smirking. He put on a full-body black suit, with a black tie and a hat on his head; his left eye was patched.

"How!?" Hannah asked, sitting properly and adjusting, resting her back on the wall. Hyung Cock is one of her favorite and most loyal servants. Even before Danzo's death, he still remained loyal, serving the house of Danzo for three generations.

"What is it that you have in mind, Cock!?" Hannah asked, her face lighting up, feeling curious about what this servant has in mind.

"First, you need to go after his heart!" Cock said, still carrying that evil smirk on his face.

"His heart?!" Hannah asked, still not following what Cock was trying to summon up.

"Yes! His heart, something he cherishes most in the world, the one thing he's willing to sacrifice for!"

Thinking through what Cock just said, the only thing that appeared in Hannah's mind was, does he have a family? Does he stay with his family?

"Does he have a family?!" Hannah asked.

  "Clap!"

  "Bingo?!"

Cock said, clapping his hands together in style and straightening up his suit.

"See! It's not that hard! Just be confident and do what you know you need to do, because the longer you let him live, the more our lives are at stake."

All you have to do is send the Abby's monster to do the job at night when the whole family is asleep. The creature will nuke them all at once.

  Puff!!!

Not sparingly any. See, it's easy. This will leave him immobilized; this will make him broken, frustrated, and lost, so that even those runts can't get through to him with their sweet words.

No matter what they say to him, he will never be able to recover from the shock.

Thinking through what Cock just said, it really makes so much sense.

Very well, good job, Cock. Hannah said, coming down from her throne, walking majestically as she made her way out of the throne room. Her kimono slid on the ground behind her. Cock bowed, his head facing the earth, pledging his loyalty.

Yes! My queen, I'm all at your service.

  Dark womb.

Getting into the basement, Queen Hannah arrived, accompanied by a servant holding a burning fire lit in a beacon in his hand as he trailed behind her. She arrived at a tunnel underneath the castle." opening the door to the entrance of the room with a loud noise. She made her way through and arrived in a graveyards. Covered in Dust, and spider-webs.

  Wait here!?

She said to her servant, as she made her way to a tomb lying on top of a Stone. Reaching the tomb, which had a red glowing stone in it's chest, showing the creature can still be ressureted, she brought out a knife. and made some incantation as she slit her hand. Allowing the bloods to drop ontop of the glowing stone, she Commanded.

  ( Realised )

  Burst!!....

A hand cladd in flames burst through the stone monument. With steam hissing out from the tomb. Realising a powerful vast of wind as it's strenches across the room, mix with dust, the creature growl's softly as he felt the rushed of air filling his lungs for the first time since his deaths.
