  Meeting The Dracul Family

  When I arrived at Alpha Dracul's I could feel the powerful magic all around. Yes they are Royals and they naturally have more power but the power I feel is coming from the siblings. The magic power I feel ranges in ages. As I talk to the Alpha Prince, he explains his children range in ages from early 30s to 5 years old. That makes sense in the different ages of magic I feel. I ask to meet the children one at a time. The oldest, A Monk, peaceful and tranquil , Second is a Healer or what humans call a Doctor, Third A fashion designer and artist in her own right. Sad about her missing mate. Her son Dorian. He will be a great warrior and guard for his young aunt. The fourth son, a Lawyer. Walking a fine line of right and wrong, truth and lies. Then walk in the Twins one boy one girl. Both with old magic embedded into them. Different as Day and Night. Yin and Yang. Different but one balances the other. I feel the presents of two other children. No relationship to the Royal family but still Royalty the same. The connection between these four of these children is abnormal for their young ages. They are going to be inseparable. I am happy to have the privilege to train them. If they deem fit. I will need the other Masters to help train them all. All of the children have multiple abilities that need to be brought out from hiding. I tell the Alpha Prince We must take the siblings to the place his son in law disappeared. I need to see if children cooperate or if there is a birth order right that they abide by instead of individual thinking. If they cooperate regardless of the age differences, I will stay here and train them. If the birth order is the way they do things then I will leave. They should be able to work together and work with whoever has the strongest ability in situations.

  At the school. I stand still looking at the powerful Warlock standing on top of the school roof, black fog covering the entire building. I look at the little ones. Geneva said she can feel it, Vlad and Nicholas can see it. Nick takes the lead. He asks them to do tasks to help, not commanding just certainty in his voice. He asks the Monk if he will use his sight to see if his plan will work. Everyone does what they were asked. Louis has photographic memory which will be useful. Catalina drew exactly what Vlad was seeing. Something happened to Vlad. I need to see if he trusts his family enough to tell them . If he doesn't trust his family then that gives me a reason not to trust them and I can't stay where no trust is given.

  Geneva brings the Warlock down from the roof with a thump. She is angry this creature is in her pack to cause harm. It is clear Alpha and the other siblings know who this dark creature is or at least came from. I will enquire about this development tomorrow. Right now I'm hungry and very sleepy.

  The next day. We all slept in and are having a late breakfast. Geneva and Vlad come down. Before the food is served. Vlad nods to Geneva and she nods back. Vlad tells us what happened to him without hesitating. The adults don't question him, they look for solutions. I smile to myself. This family works as a unit and is full of trust. I ask them all to trust me. They give me their complete trust. I suck the partial dark soul out of Vlad, go outside, spit out the deep black thing and burn it. It will go back to hell where it belongs. I explain what it was and how it works. Now when the caster dies, the bigger part of that dark soul will find the small part in hell and will be bound there.

  I called the other Masters this morning, and explained about the six Dracul children, the grandchild who is 13 and the Bathory children. They jumped at the opportunity to help train them. You see, it has been over 80 years since any natural masters were born, and over 40 years since 3 were able to be trained as masters. Now there are 9. Even if the oldest is 33 years old. He is eager to learn as well as all of them.

  Nome - She was the first to arrive. She is also my first pupil. I trained her natural abilities. She is now the Master of Telepathy, Telekinesis and Trajectory. Her aim is true.

  The first thing I want to teach is how to block anyone from entering the link. King Vlad and Queen Justina join in the training too.

  I have every one lined up straight. Then I explained again about dark souls, I asked Maurice to link his Grandfather as I try to work my way in. They open the link to one another. I tell them there are 3 doors open in their minds during a link. The first is open to the person they are linking to, the second closes automatically if it's not a group link, the third has to be closed and locked manually to keep uninvited guests out Once it's locked no one can open their doors. This has to be done before they say a word.

  I watch King Vlad and Maurice open their links trying to find their third door. It took 4 tries but they finally did it. Next I paired everyone up to practice closing their doors. I'm not surprised the little ones have theirs closed before the adults do.

  Geneva was the first to ask a question.

  Geneva:

  Does this have to be done every time we link?

  Ashura:

  Unfortunately yes it does. So we need to practice finding your doors. The faster you close them the better.

  Geneva:

  That makes sense.

  Ashura:

  We practice until dinner is ready to be served. After dinner I announce I want to time you on how fast you can close the doors. Everyone agrees. I can see them practicing while eating dinner. That melts my heart because you can't always concentrate while linking, especially during a war. You have to be quick and precise. I know I made the right choice by coming here when Jackson says he will teach his whole pack how to close the doors so they won't be susceptible to mental attacks. He doesn't want his pack to be vulnerable. I asked Jackson if Maurice is training to be Alpha. He tells me yes but not just Maurice, all of his children are training. When he retires, he wants the best for the job.

  To him it isn't about who was born first but who will make the pack better than the way they inherited it.
