We need to set up permanent structures for stores, medical clinic, pharmacy herbalist, blacksmith, an inn, a trade route, adventurers guild, government offices, set aside space for any churches, gardens, and parks can't just rely on the dungeon to bring in people although that will most likely be the biggest draw." The new city architect and planner Bavidor said, writing things down," We also need water from a nearby spring and sanitation facilities, heated baths, and laundry. Energy efficiency is key. Wood is not at all efficient but it's renewable if we always replant areas we harvest. Some farms or gardens may be necessary but we might be able to get some supplies from the dungeon if we give it some things we need depending on the type of dungeon it is. And paved roads to nearest towns have plenty of rock. Wonder when the government officials are coming will need approval of the plans before I begin."

Jacob is putting the finishing touches on his tent. Wanting it as comfortable as he can get it. Glad I brought those extra oiled skins. I don't want to get wet when it rains ,he thinks to himself.
"Jacob!,” Salena voice rings out. “ I love what you've done to this place it can fit two people quite cozy.” She giggles. “ So are you ready for the dive?"
Jacob looks over reluctant to answer this woman. She has been bothering him since he started this mission. She's beautiful with long blonde hair, pink upturned lips, rosy cheeks, straight teeth, and a nice figure. She's just a bit shorter than himself in height. A blush steals over his cheeks. She is wearing the most tantalizing armor and he wants to take it off her. He looks away to finish what he's doing. It's hard to talk with this flirtatious woman.
“ Ah, now don't be shy.” Her eyes brighten with mischievous delight. “But really do you have everything in order for the Dungeon? Our group has to go in and note everything relevant and I don't like surprises. Have to have our ducklings in a row mind you." She pats his arm is a gesture of camaraderie.

I have healing potions, food rations, and bandages, in my spatial space.”Jacob irritatedly turns on the balls of his feet to face Salena.” Now if there's nothing else you need to know, I need to bathe.” As he opens the flap of the tent grabs a bundle of clothes and walks off in the direction of the stream they found not too long ago. Perhaps the cold water will stifle this heat of mine.

“ Spiders freak me out, it's not funny. I can't believe we have to have spiders in our dungeon.” Ceselee says all the while freaking out. "I will never ever ever go back into this part of the dungeon. Yes, I know logically they can't hurt me since they're my monsters but I just can't It's a big hard No!.” Ceselee says from above everything. Hovering just out of reach of the eight legged terrors and nightmares.“We already got the reward for 5 rooms. But I'm glad you agree that we need a total of 10 for the first level. With the room right before the core room being a boss room. I'm just so glad that I was able to incorporate so many plants while you took care of the animal aspect."
"So far I've been able to bring in the basics Rabbits, some birds, a female hog, wolves, more seeds and insects than I can count. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything better just all nature, no mythical or imagined beasts from our world." Drake says. " The intelligent creatures outside have warded all their belongings I can't get anything from them. It's a bit frustrating. But that will change once someone dies in the dungeon. Wards are funny things they need living beings to work."
" By intelligent you mean humans, elves, or something else."Ceselee asks in wonder.
" All of the above plus Gnomes, Orcs, and a few others I don't have names for. They are very interesting though." Drake informs.
"Okay since this room is totally done I'm blinking to the next one to check to see if I need to add anything or figure out how to change something don't forget to place and set the traps." Ceselee blinks to the next room.
