After I wake up I find myself in a forest, but for some reason everything is grey. I also can't move my body, which disturbs me. Heck, I don't even know if I am human or not. I wonder what happened though, after I was transported from that Gods area.
Huh. Is that the system that God told me about? Probably so. I am a White Tiger, huh. I feel like I am quite lucky with this, since I could have reincarnated as a worm or something. I wonder why I am unable to move and why everything around me is grey and unmoving.
Oh. That is a little bit interesting. I guess the system can directly talk into my head, huh. How did I even speak to the system earlier? Hm. Like this? System can you hear me like this?
Good it works! Let's get some information on this world then. System, can you tell me about this world? Since I know nothing about it currently.
So it is just like any other fantasy world, like the ones I have read in novels or games. What is this forbidden continent?
That does sound seriously scary, but if it was like that, why are all these continents still alive until this point? If it is like that, why haven't the monsters and humans inside of the forbidden continent left and destroyed all the current continents?
So that is why. No wonder. The Gods would naturally not want the world to basically be destroyed. Right, system. God said that there was something like a status, how do I access that?
Should have figured it was like that. Status
So this is what the status is, huh. Systen, can you tell me waht all the stats do? And what the Stat and SKill points are?
So that's how it works. So it really is just like a game, huh. That's interesting. System, how much longer until this stasis is gone and I can move?
Help support creative writers by finding and reading their stories on the original site.
Oh? Only 2 more minutes, huh. I guess that does make sense, gathering information form the system wouldn't take a short time. System, where am I right now?
Convenient. Oh, the stasis is dissapearing. I can see the colors of the forest now. I can also move, huh. I try to stand up, but end up falling down since I am not used to 4 legs. After a few minutes of attempting to stand and move a bit, I get somewhat used to it.
I look around the area I am in and I notice that there are giant trees everywhere in this forest. The smallest tree here is probably 200 or more meters. I wonder if I can appraise these trees.
Damn I really can appraise the tree. I guess I can appraise everything with this max level appraise, huh. I wonder how strong a Tier 3 spell is though. Can't be too strong if a tree can resist it. I guess I should walk around to see if I can find anything to kill, huh.
I slowly walk around in a random direction, quickly getting used to my new body. After walking for probably 30 minutes I am completely used to walking in this tiger body. Maybe it is innate? After walking for a good hour I suddenly hear some rustling and moving around to my left, so I decide to look over there and see what it is.
After I walk over and through the bushes I heard the sounds, I see a rabbit. It looks kinda cute, but it is obviously a monster. It's eating what looks like centipede. Gross. I want to kill it, but I guess I should appraise it first.
It has higher strength and speed than I do, but it has lower health. Seems pretty dumb aswell. I figure I can kill it, so I slowly walk up behind it, carefully avoiding any sticks on the ground. I get to about half a meter behind it before it seems to notice anything, so I quickly jump towards it. It looks back towards me and barely notices me before I slash it's neck with my claws, dragging out a thick piece of it's neck. I see a damage tab appear above it's head which had 35 on it.
The rabbit screeches and tries to run, but due it it's neck being badly it cannot really move that fast. I take advantage of that and run at it again and bite at it's back, and another damage total of 12 appears above it's head. I keep my fangs on it's back for a few seconds before releasing the rabbit and it's body just falls on the ground and I get a few notifications by the system.
Those skills are just... Whatever. I am so glad that I got this Exp bonus thing, or else it would take me like 7 or 8 rabbits to level up. I guess I should focus on attacking vital points against monsters ,and probably people aswell, isnce it's not like people in this world would be nice to me much. I'm pretty hungry though, maybe since my body is new. Well atleast I have this rabbit here to eat.
I don't even bother with all the blood on the rabbit since I will have to get used to it. I just take a bite right out of it's body, taking a bunch of meat off of it, with all the blood, and chewing it in my mouth. Although the meat is obviously very raw, it tastes pretty good. Maybe a perk of being a white tiger? Works for me.
After eating my fill, I left behind some rabbit bones and continue my adventure in this forest. i don't walk that far, maybe a few hundred meters before I find another rabbit. This one is sleeping, right in the open. What an idiot. Learning from the last time, I sneak up on it while avoiding any sticks on the ground. By the time I get half a meter from it, it doesn't even realize I am there. Probably a young little idiot.
I pounce at it and bite at it's neck, sinking my fangs deep into it. The rabbit wakes up and weakly struggles, but I just keep my mouth on it's neck, so it does after a minute or so. After it stops struggling I drop it onto the ground and look at the notifications.
Oh. I leveled up from that. I am lucky the exp from it was 3 instead of 2, or else I would of had to find another thing to kill. Let's check out my status then.
Only 10 exp extra was added to level up again. At least it doesn't double, haha. Hm. Let's put 3 points into speed and the other 2 into strength. That way it will be easier for me to kill stuff. Let's put this rabbit into my inventory for when I get hungry again. After thinking about putting it into my inventory, the corpse just dissapears. Super convenient. Well, I do need to be touching what I want to put inside, but it's very easy to use, at least.
I notice it is a little darker so I look up at the sky, noticing that it is already getting dark. I guess I was born, or whatever when it was already around midday, at least. Whatever, it's not safe to hunt at night in a forest I know nothing about, so I should find a place to sleep for the night.
I walk around for 10 or 15 minutes and I manage to find a little hold burrowed inside of a tree, so I drag a bunch of thick leaves and branches on the ground over and cover the hole after entering it and laying down and falling asleep.
