How did he gain such understanding of a new subject like this so casually? From what I understood and grasped of his kekkei genkai he could mentally slow time and train something repeatedly- like he said, stared so much he fundamentally changed... but learning an entirely new section of skill?
Obtaining basic medical knowledge on top of gaining knowledge on seal work so different from our current seals... and making it work for him so well- his ability must be grasped fully, if developed well we could shorten decades of invention and have knowledge instantly...

Ryū or Kenzo takes a moment to stretch before he leaves the surgery, he exits through the door and yet my eyes remain fully on Raiki's wrist.
"So... good enough? Satsumi should have woken up by now and be capable of preliminary tests" Ryū tells me.
"What do these... seals do?" I ask.
"I'm guessing no on my naming sense...? *Cough* sorry lord Hokage- these seals should allow them to soak their bodies in lightning nature chakra and improve attack power, speed and acceleration massively, turning Chunin into Jonin level or Genin into Chunin level" Ryū reports.
"And how long do they st?" I ask.
"With only their amount of Nature chakra? Five minutes and probably only a week or so before the next use" He scratches the back of his head.
His act has improved, I cant see the calcutions going through his head, nor the immaturity that shined so clearly before, so different from his true self now- I will probably remain the only one capable of telling the difference until the next Hokage.
"That's fine, five minutes is excellent- and doing it every week? That's better than excellent... Raiki and Satsumi have been pced under your jurisdiction as the Sub-department head, ill get an A rank mission settled to test their power, complete it and we may send some genin to your department to empower- a whole department of genin capable of higher power" I tell him.
"That's- great news lord Hokage, I will prepare thoroughly" he coughs awkwardly as he looks to the door.
I gnce at him from the corner of my eye- why cant I see through his disguise anymore? I know its Kenzo but the subtle understanding is slipping from me...
"You're dismissed" I say and he trips a little as he walks out.

He changes so much.
From a mature toddler.
To a calm child.
An immature and rash child.
An angry pre-teen.
Then awkward adult... well still a child but capable of acting like one.

And eerily in control child.
A constant in his life is being chaotic and ever changing... or is it he changes every time he enters into his mindscape to learn? What could change him so much?
What isn't he telling me about his ability?

I trust him to do the right thing, I cannot pressure him- but I cant leave him unchecked, I will give Kenzo the opportunity to tell me before he becomes Chunin- if he doesn't before then I will have to start warning him and making sure he understands exactly what I must do.

Pov: Ryū (Kenzo)
All my energy is sapped away from back to back surgeries on both Satsumi and Raiki, heavily reduced in time due to medical ninja but still takes a bit to do both surgeries perfectly.
I need to wait for the two to get back up and ready for training, Satsumi can wait for Raiki.
The other two kids are definitely in no trouble at all, Kurenai signed themselves up for another month long mission so I have three? Two months to teach the dumbass duo and... well basically have free time to myself I guess.
I could eat a few live creatures- which sounds so cruel when they aren't attacking me... maybe there is some form of eating them that doesn't hurt the poor beings?
Maybe I could take but a simple few blood drops? Would that harm the creature detrimentally? I have no clue, I don't need them for now, but if I come across a very annoying bird while I am annoyed I may eat it.

I arrive at my apartment and take off my shoes before ying down on my bed.
*Yawn*
Well, now that my lightning studies are over I have no idea on what to do... just train my other skills I suppose, get back into the act of learning Kenzo skills and see if I can learn how to use the nightmare creature's body well.
Maybe challenge a few simpler scrolls for some statistic scrolls? I also want to try upgrading my first few skills until they are much more useful- oh! I also wanted to study exactly how I am walking over stuff, because no chakra or nature chakra is being used while I walk over raging rivers and caltrops.
I don't believe its just simply walking better because no amount of walking could do what I am doing... something to do with the moon training I bet- although maybe it was the wheel? I have no idea.
Truth made me eat a heart... and I don't know what happened but it certainly felt more... 'divine' than just chakra or nature energy.
Maybe the walking has something to do with that kind of stuff? This world is rge after all and certainly has many secrets- the helper entity did tell me that he cant break the rules of this world and he has to shape my ideas and give them a new spin with chakra.
Hmmm... maybe my walking is like my staring? An unseen aspect that all lifeforms can do but none have mastered due to its absurdity? Like how my stare allows me to see through things but only because I was put... through... huh, I- maybe my eyes evolved? Like its a kekkai genkai now?
Why haven't I thought on this before- am I just going through multiple evolutions as I do the same thing over and over again and obtaining the simples and stupidest kekkai genkai known to the elemental nations?
That makes the most sense... but how do feet evolve to ignore needles?? Or maybe its a combination of abnormal feet and bance? I know bance is a big part of avoidance and body weight management.
Strong feet and bance... it makes sense... but it doesn't seem so exciting.

Maybe I went overboard with my current skills and need to step back to more simpler times when staring made me happy.
I definitely would chose 'punch' over Bio-Runes but I kind of needed to keep my job and trust with the Hokage... sometimes work comes before life ya' know?
You know what? Something stupidly simple like punch will be my next scroll, I need a break from all this complicated stuff and I want the same feeling as I had ages ago.
No added words or pnning for the future- I want something idiotic.
When Kenzo comes back that's the first thing he is doing- for now I will collect scrolls in challenges and hold off so I can train the two and get a break from self afflicted torture.

No st name- no cn, no past notes which is crazy, no job record or mission record- I don't know if he has even completed one singur D-rank mission?
Personality test is required for completion to get a job in T&I- I cannot find any folders of this test taken and apparently its APPROVED by the Hokage himself? I should have access to almost everything minus a few exceptions, I am the head of Torture and INVESTIGATIONS, yet I am unable to view any of the information I am supposedly given the right to see.
This is absolutely ridiculous- what kind of nonsense is this? Not even notes on his fighting style or jutsu- I cant even know if he prefers supporting others in missions or a more offensive role, if I need to send him on a mission I have to guess if he can fight or heal??
No previous jobs, meaning he could have worked in the hospital or on spy duty in another country for a decade or two and I wouldn't know- I don't even get access to his ADDRESS!? ADDRESS!
NOT EVEN HIS ADDRESS!?!?!
Do I just wait for him to show up at work if I need him? Or do I have to bother the Hokage when I need him for something incredibly important and time sensitive?
Worst part is- all of this covers barely a quarter of the page its used on, should be covered in paragraphs of notes, but nope! I am stuck wondering who this guy is and to put the cherry on top!
If he needs a blood transfusion- I. CANT. HELP. HIM!

Oh- and the previous rank being redacted usually means he was operating in Anbu, at least that's what it means for anyone else- but with everything being redacted I am to assume he was in some super secret Anbu for the Anbu! Elite of the Elite!
I have to also assume he was pying idiot with me in his impromptu test for joining T&I- I do those to see if they can stomach the horrid work we do- but now I have to look at how sloppy his technique in torture was and general awkward attitude to understand that he is absolutely putting on an act.

Pov: Kenzo
"Keep going! Push harder!" I yell.
The two students of mine run around the training ground doing ps, they look exhausted and want to fall over... makes sense since they have been running for over two hours straight with no breaks.
"Report!" I yell.
"Tired sir!" Raiki reports.
"Uaghhhhhh dying!" Satsumi groans out.
These two root agents do brute force pretty well, I am sure some ninja at the jonin rank would have tapped out by now... then again the top of the Jonin ninja could go for days and think its light exercise.
"Fine- activate the seals!" I yell.
I have officially changed the Bio-runes and mana talk to seals and nature chakra as Ryū- the Hokage suggested I stop thinking fantasy and be more serious when other ninja now have to refer to my silly naming sense... I still call it mana and such in my system however.
*CACKLE!* *ZZZZ!!!* *Woosh!*
Dust kicks up as their energy returns in a burst and they speed up dramatically- we have tested it and even doing hand signs are faster like this.
They are covered in arcs of bright blue lightning that trails off their body and destroys the ground behind them- very destructive and much more showy than how I do it.
I coat myself in orange lightning as the arcs of bright light zap across my body and smoothly glide down towards my feet- *WOOSH!*
I run much faster, with less noise, and less nature chakra being used up and no damage done to the ground around me, they can perform my skills but they certainly can't compete with me when using them.
In fact they are actively surprised each time I do something that they cant with the seals helping them- we tested Nature chakra bone sticks the other day with my seals pced on an exterior object, they attempted to use my copy of dragons breath...
They were the size of a fireball... and the destructive power of a pillow that has a little tingly feeling.
They practically dropped their jaws when they saw me perform a dragons breath the size of a blow torch- they struggle to even comprehend what I can do and basically think I am the strongest being to ever live.
To reiterate they also have to be reminded that the Hokage exists some times... but at least they understand I am no zy, awkward loner!
Okay maybe I am a loner currently but they recognize the skills I have learnt and I hope that no one in the future tries to understand exactly how talented I am because that would be a rabbit hole... especially messing with disconnected Nature chakra.
I stop running when they do and stand perfectly straight in front of them as they colpse and crash into the floor, having lost the energy boost from a second ago they now look like corpses again.
"So you two do get a adrenaline boost as well... even when dead tired you can function at your peak when entering lightning coating..." I mumble to myself.
"I... feel... fuc-" Raiki starts.
"Shh! Shut up- I am not mopping while it rains again- you better not swear in his face again!" Satsumi goes for a whisper but is too tired and just shouts at Raiki.
Yeah they got on my nerves two weeks ago, which is immensely hard to do when I had just come back from memorizing a small library of books for... a long time.
I am once again gd that the system helps me mentally and ensures that I get a refreshing on recent real life events.
"Alright you two- pack it up, tomorrow afternoon we leave for a mission so get some rest and pack- we will be on our best behaviour understood!?" I sternly tell them and they nod vigorously from the floor.
"Good- Dismissed!" I yell and they immediately jump up and run away even while dead tired.

Lets go train the Kenzo style, I completed my work and wont get any from T&I until I return from my A-rank mission...

Pov: Shibi Aburame (Shino's father)
"You called for me Hokage-sama?" I enter into the Hokage's office and stand opposed his desk.
"Ah good- I have a mission for you, a standard intelligence gathering mission, I need you to monitor a team as they take an A rank mission in a few hours" The Hokage looks up from his paperwork to smile at me.
He then picks a scroll out of the pile on his desk and throws it at me- *Catch* I open it and give it a good quick read.
"Ryū, Raiki and Satsumi- I should be keeping an eye out and evaluating these three on how they do? Ah- I am to help them if they seem incapable of completing this mission, understood, I will track them as best as possible... I need to keep a hundred metre distance from Ryū, what about my bugs?" I ask.
"Bugs are fine, Ryū is getting used to many new injuries at once and I am unsure if he has retained any of his detection jutsu, best to stay away and monitor from afar" The Hokage informs me.

I am usually on more important matters than this- but that is fine, if the Hokage believes I am needed for this mission that must mean that this team has something important to monitor...
"May I have access to the teams folders?" I ask.
"Satsumi's and Raiki's are avaible and I will have a chunin deliver them to your house, you will have to personally retrieve the only copy of Ryū's folder from Ibiki... if you have any compints please understand that Ryū has such little information on him for a reason- and Ibiki was a bit angry when he left my office this morning so tread lightly" The Hokage tells me with a smile.
"Understood Hokage-sama" I bow.
"Dismissed" He tells me and I walk out towards T&I.
A few hours... I can eat an early dinner before leaving, I will also send a bug to monitor them now in case they attempt to leave for their mission early.

Raiki and Satsumi usually train at... oh? They have a personal training ground for the three of them? Usually that's a right given only to active Jonin-sensei and a select few individuals.
I send one of my bugs to the training ground and arrive at the T&I building to find this folder.

Pov: Kanata
"Dodge!" I yell out and Katsuko jumps away as I light up the area with my wind jutsu and fire jutsu combination.
*CACKLE* *WOOSH!*
it takes a few moment's for the fmes to dim and I realise that I missed the target ninja, a low level Jonin who went rogue sometime back and we need to stop him from spreading a few Konoha secrets- it took a while but completing these B-rank missions are getting easier.
*Woosh*
The rogue ninja unches at me from my side and sshes forward with a kunai- *Clunk* I deflect the bde and jump away so Katsuko can take point.
*Woooosh!* *woosh!* *woosh!*
The ninja rushes around Katsuko as she strikes his left thigh and throws four Kunai at me- *Smack!* *Sp!* *Smack* *Sp* with ease I deflect the Kunai and perform a few more seals.
*Woosh!*
I swipe my hand and knock back the ninja with a burst of air from my hands- *Stab!* *smash!* Katsuko stabs him through the calf and kicks him down onto the dirt.
Haaa- Haaa- Haaa-
"Congratutions you two, a special Jonin level opponent on your own, and with only one interruption from me as well- collect the data and we can head to the border patrol camp- the ninja there can handle this mess for us" Kurenai-sensei tells us and I ruffle through the body and take all the scrolls from him.

"Your getting better... at the deflecting" Katsuko compliments me.
"All hard work! You are getting better at swordsmanship too!" I compliment back.
Hopefully when Kenzo gets back from his long mission we can do some team missions in the months before the Chunin exams- I would love to have some more teamwork down.
"Lets go- burning sunlight here and we haven't had a chance to wash since starting this chase" Kurenai-sensei says.
*sniff*
