Chapter 21- It Begins!

  Today is the day, the Emerald Heart Tournament, where the freshman compete to see who's the best amoung them, i will admit, i did feel nervous, although me, Alice and Walter had trained our butts off for this, the competition looked fierce.

  Alice was more than ready, i check her stats.

  Walter had also gotten stronger as well.

  Skill 2: Terra Uppercut: a powerful upperut with a 45% chance to deal a critical hit and a 50% chance to lower a foe's DEF, Costs 50 MP.

  Both of my friends and i were ready for anything, as we stood with the other students, Vice Principal Yuri makes her way to expin the rules as well as the prize.

  There were 8 students participating, including Myself, Walter, Santana, and Alice.

  There was only one rule, use of enhancement drugs were strictly prohibited, other than that, it was no holds barred!

  Now for the prize, Vice Principal Yuri presented it, 25 Epic-grade Golden cores and 400,000,000!

  Everyone's jaws dropped! with those cores, one could really rise above the rest.

  With those cores, Alice could reach Monarch-Rank, and i could reach Apex Rank sooner than i thought!

  With the details out of the way, the Emerald Heart Tournament had begun!

  Little did i know, that this fight wasn't going to be easy.....
