  Though he said this, Toro found himself scanning Frieza's body, trying to find any form of femininity only to frown in disgust and look away

  " ft " muttered Toro under his breath as he got up turned to leave only to pause, as a slight smile appeared on his face as he gnced over his shoulder at Frieza who was now sitting up aiming a Ki bst at his back. His eyes scanned over her, his gaze lingering on her trembling arm before he turned his attention to her face finding that she was gritting her teeth, looking at him coldly

  " what? Monkey got your tongue? " said Toro mockingly as he watched her struggle

  " what have you done to me you deplorable degenerate " asked Frieza as she lowered her hand after failing to release the Ki bst

  " degenerate? " questioned Toro in confusion as he looked at Frieza who crossed her arms which made him realise that she heard his words about her ck of bosom, which made him chuckle as he sat down, using his ki to support him mid air " would you like the long expnation or the short and sweet one " asked Toro as he met her gaze

  " indulge me " replied Frieza sarcastically

  " very well " said Toro as he looked at the roof as if considering how to speak " too keep it short, you're now my dog, who's life or death depends on my whim "

  Before he could finish his words, he was interuppted as frieza smmed her arms down unto the floor, the sound echoing through the healing room causing Toro to turn his attention back to her finding that Frieza's face was contorted in rage as she pointed her finger at him, her eyes bzing with fury

  " how dare you, have you forgotten your pce you lowly- "

  Friezas words were caught off when Toro grabbed her by the face and lifted her up off the ground, a slight smile appearing on his face as he looked at the struggling Frieza

  " you'd do well not to interupt me " said Toro as he tightened his grip on Frieza's skull, his nails drawing blood before he threw her back into the healing pool before he continued his words

  " where was I? " asked Toro as he sat back down " right, the longer version of my expnation, After you fell unconscious from your injuries I made my way to a special little pnet, on this pnet, there exists a special race which created a special tool which has the power to grant wishes, as you can probably guess, I made a wish " expined Toro so she could understand while being as vague as possible

  " what is that wish you ask? Simple really, your soul is now linked to my own, subserviently of course. If I die, you die, if you disobey me, your soul will be burned with hell fire until you obey me or I put you out of your misery by taking your life "

  Frieza listened to his words as she looked down at the water beneath her, watching in amazement as her injuries healed, making a mental note to take it after she killed this filthy saiyan

  " I don't expect much from you monkeys in terms of intelligence but I'm curious as to why you bothered to go through all of this trouble instead of just killing me " asked Frieza as she calmed her emotions

  Toro looked at her silently before he replied " you're a threat. Your talent dictates that you can and will be a threat to everything I hold dear and without complete certainty, I won't give in to the temptation of taking your life even with the slightest chance of your future retaliation. So it's much safer to keep you in my custody " replied Toro bluntly

  He didn't see any point in lying. Out of the many dragon ball vilins, many were a much deadlier threat than Frieza, whether because of their strength or because of their pns and yet he considered Frieza to be the most dangerous in the long run. Even ignoring his, now her immense potential, her adaptability was what made her truly stand out amongst all the others

  This adaptability made her a truly dangerous foe if you couldn't completely kill her yet but it also meant that she truly could become an irrepceable ally....under the right conditions of course

  Thinking to this point, he grabbed the still injured Frieza and left the tower, amidst her struggle. He still had things to do, it was only recently that he understood why neither Goku or Vegeta were interested in ruling even though they easily could. It was time consuming.....Honestly he'd rather spend the time training but he currently didn't have that luxury, though it was currently unofficial, he was now the king of the saiyans, and unlike Vegeta it wasn't of 3 saiyans

  But he didn't intend to spend much time looking after every single thing as that'd defeat the original purpose. The saiyans were supposed to help him and not the other way around.

  Shaking away the stray thoughts he flew towards the dormitory area with Frieza under his arm, he unconsciously released his aura to gain the attention of every one as he nded in the center and stood and waited for everyone to gather

  It took a few minutes before most of the saiyans were gathered before him under the instruction of Bardock and Vegeta, his gaze scanned over the saiyans before it locked unto Bardock and Vegeta as he beckoned them to come forward as he thought of his next words

  " Pnet Vegeta is dead.....and so are it's inhabitants. From now on you are saiyans of Sada " said Toro softly, though his words were spoken to Bardock and Vegeta they clearly reached the ears of every saiyan through his Ki. His words caused the surrounding area to fall silent as everyones gazes fell on him

  This silence was interuppted by Vegeta who questioned Toro angrily, his tone practically becoming a snarl by the end of his sentence because of the intense anger

  " who gives you the right? I am the king of saiyans "

  " who gives me the right? " asked Toro as he looked at Vegeta strangely, he didn't know much about his personality besides the few scenes he was in but he didn't think he was stupid. Did he forget that he couldn't even stand under his aura? Thinking of this a strange smile appeared on his face as he put down Frieza who was in his arms

  His actions once again drew everyones attention as they looked at the person in his arms, only to freeze when they recognised who it was, which once again caused the surrounding area to fall deathly silent, only to be broken by the enraged shouts of Bardock and Vegeta as they shot towards Frieza which made Toro's lip twitch as he watched

  Frieza snorted as she spped away Vegeta with her tail the moment he appeared in front of her before kicking away Bardock who crashed into the saiyans behind him, she raised her hand, a red ball of ki gathering on her finger, this scene caused the saiyans to break into a panic as they tried to escape. They had recently seen the power of this bst and had no intention of facing it once again, this scene caused a mocking smile to appear on Frieza's face only to pause as a rge hand was rest on her head. Frieza didn't even turn her head as she dropped her hand

  ' as expected ' thought Toro, he didn't know if to call them brave warriors or fools, at this point it was leaning towards fools. He got the whole fearless race thing but charging towards and enemy they had no chance of beating was dumb

  " who gave me the right, you asked? She does. By the simple fact that none of you, are her match and if I'm speaking bluntly, the only reason most of you are alive is because of me. Simply because she's not my match either " Toro looked at the bloodied Vegeta who was wiping the blood from his face before he turned his attention to Bardock who was being helped to his feet, hsi words once again silencing the crowd

  Frieza snorted after she heard his words but she didn't deny it. Her actions further showed the truth in Toro's words. Seeing the change in the crowds expressions, Toro continued

  " Now that we're on the same page. The first thing that is going to change is the cssification of our race. Ie from this point on, there's no such thing as low css saiyans, mid css or the so called elite saiyans. From now on you're all 1st Tier Combatants " said Toro

  " what is a 1st Tier Combatant you ask? " continued Toro before anyone could speak " any race on Pnet Sada with a power level below 100 thousand, and st time I checked that includes everyone here. Trash if I'm being harsh, fodder if I'm being kind " said Toro " so lose the attitude, lose the pride, as any of my scientist could kill all of you "

  " 1st Tier Combatant huh " replied Bardock as he held his injured ribs and walked forward gncing at Frieza before turning his attention to Toro " I'll assume that they are higher tiers, so what tier are you, my king? " asked Bardock

  " I'm currently a tier 3 Combatant " replied Toro calmly as he looked at Bardock " and I'm not your king, when each and every single one of you becomes a tier 1 combatant, then and only then will I become your king " said Toro

  Ignoring his reaction, Toro Continued " a tier 2 combatant has a power level above 100 thousand and below 1 million. A tier 3 combatant has a combat power above 1 million but below 10 million. Above that would be tier 4 combatants, which have a power level above 10 million but below 100 million. Above that would be tier 5 combatants, with a combat power above 100 million but below 1 billion " expined Toro enjoying their shocked gazes

  He was secretly proud of himself as he was making this shit up as he went

  " Frieza is currently a tier 2 combatant, with a suppressed power level of 530 thousand " said Toro, his words caused everyone's eyes to widen in understanding as they looked at Frieza who was standing quietly beside Toro " at full power she is a tier 5 combatant with a power level of 120 million "

  His words halted all discussions as they all looked at Frieza in absolute horror, they had a difficult time processing this information. Once upon a time, they all dreamed of having a power level above 10 thousand. Now they're hearing that the previous overlord that they didn't take seriously had a power level of over 500 thousand while suppressed not to mention at full power

  " that means you're also a tier 5 combatant at full power, since you can defeat her " said Vegeta as he looked at Toro enviously, his clenched fist showing his inner turmoil " are you the legendary super saiyan? "

  Toro shook his head much to Vegeta's disappointment

  " I'm currently not a super saiyan, but I'm not far off either. I'll achieve that transformation in the near future " expined Toro

  " transformation? " asked Bardock picking up on this strange term

  " yes transformation. Our race has the ability to access transformations, these transformations grant us a temporary boost in strength. With super saiyan 1 increasing your power by up to 50 times. This is the innate ability of all saiyans, all you need to access it is a power level over 3 million " expined Toro

  His words caused the saiyans to excim in excitement, while Frieza's expression turned ugly as she listened, a dangerous glint fshing in her eyes as she looked at the saiyans before her

  ' hoh?? What a dangerous bunch of filthy monkeys, seems my decision to get rid of them was correct ' thought Frieza as she gnced at Toro who was beside her
