  Chapter 428: Awe-Inspiring Presence!

  “Master, you’ve truly e!”

Seeing the familiar, celestial-like figure, Han Yue called out iement. Ign her injuries, she began slowly moving tu He.

Having arrived through his proje, Gu He immediately assessed the situation. Upon notig Han Yue’s severe injuries, his face showed a trace of .

In the moment, Gu He raised his hand, releasing araordinarily geream of Dou Qi.

The Azure Wolf King, seeing Gu He’s movement, assumed he was about to attack. Adding to its fear, it had overheard Han Yue referring to Gu He as her master, realizing she was his disciple.

Panic-stri, the Azure Wolf King’s legs gave out, and it fell to its knees, repeatedly begging for mercy.

“Please, senior, have mercy! This junior acted without i—please five me! Spare my life, senior!”

This sudden dispy of submissiohe surrounding magical beasts utterly stunned.

They had assumed that as the ruler of this mountain rahe Azure Wolf King could at least retreat unscathed, even if it couldn’t defeat this mysterious figure. Yet the reality was far beyond their expectations.

If even the Azure Wolf King didn’t dare to eain thoughts of escape, the ical beasts immediately uood just how terrifying Gu He truly was. They quickly followed suit, bowing respectfully toward him.

On the Violet Demon dor’s side, although it didn’t reize Gu He, it sensed a faintly familiar aura from him. Coupled with Han Yue’s respectful address and demeanor, the dor realized this figure wasn’t an enemy and chose not to adopt a defeance.

However, seeing the chaotic cries and pleas of the magical beasts, Gu He’s expression darkened further.

“Another word out of any of you, and I’ll skin you all alive, pull out your tendons, and cook you!”

At his cold reprimand, the beasts immediately froze in fear. The noisy area fell into a deathly silence.

Among the beasts, none were more terrified than the Earth Devil Bear. After all, the injury on Han Yue’s body had been caused by it. At this moment, the bear’s heart was filled with extreme ay.

With the area quiet, Gu He turned his attention to Han Yue.

He raised his hand, sending a stream of Dou Qi into her body.

In an instant, the fragments embedded in Han Yue’s flesh were enveloped by the gentle Dou Qi and carefully extracted. Throughout the process, Han Yue only felt a slight numbness, with no signifit pain. However, blood tio flow lightly from the wound.

Seeing that Gu He was merely tending to Han Yue’s injuries, the Azure Wolf King and the other beasts secretly sighed in relief.

“Han Yue, open your ste ring. I o retrieve some medial herbs,” Gu He said gently after removing the fragments.

Han Yue immediately deactivated the soul link oe ring without hesitation, though her face turned a bright shade of red.

A young woman’s ste ring iably tained personal items, including clothing and other private belongings. Han Yue was no exception.

The thought that her master might see these items made her feel embarrassed.

However, Gu He paid no attention to such details.

Once Han Yue disabled the soul link, a trace of Gu He’s soul energy quickly ehe ste ring. Moments ter, over a dozen varieties of herbs and fruits floated out of the ring.

These herbs and fruits hovered mid-air, suspended by an unseen force.

The moment, a fme surged from Gu He’s outstretched palm.

The herbs were swiftly tossed into the bzing fire.

Amidst crag sounds, the herbs were refined withihan a minute, with only their purest essences extracted.

With this step plete, Gu He’s soul energy split into seven ht threads, meticulously guiding the light green medial liquids to fuse together.

Not far away, the Earth Devil Bear, which had been silently the situation, had a fsh of determination in its massive eyes. It realized that the mysterious figure, Gu He, would likely not spare its life. Resolving to escape while Gu He reoccupied with refining the medial liquid, it decided to flee and never return.

  “Boom!”

Without aation, the Earth Devil Bear turned and bolted into the distas enormous paws thundered against the ground, creating a series of deafening rumbles that immediately drew the attention of everyone and every beast present.

Seeing this, Han Yue opened her mouth slightly, as if to say something. But upon remembering that Gu He was still in the middle of refining the medial liquid, she swallowed her words.

As the ical beasts watched, some began to sider following the bear’s lead, believing it might successfully escape.

However, their thoughts froze in terror the moment.

The massive figure of the Earth Devil Bear, which had been sprinting at full speed and was about to disappear from view, suddenly disied into a cloud of blood mist without warning.

There was no sign of struggle or resistance. Even its bones and the magical core within its body were obliterated, leaving nothing behind.

  “Gasp!”

The sight of this bizarre and horrifying se sent shockwaves through the hearts of all the magical beasts. Their eyes were filled with unbridled fear.

A sixth-tier magical beast had been annihited in such a strange and effortless manner. Just how terrifying was this man’s strength?

The Azure Wolf King, witnessing this, reevaluated its earlier assessment of Gu He’s power.

“This kind of person could probably kill me with the slightest flick of a finger,” the Azure Wolf King thought, shuddering inwardly.

Meanwhile, Gu He pleted his work. Since he wasn’t cog a pill but rather a medial liquid for healing, the process was much simpler and quicker. Within two minutes, a small cluster of emerald-green liquid, brimming with a rich fragrance, hovered above Gu He’s palm.

“Haurn around,” Gu He instructed gently after finishing.

“Alright,” Han Yue responded softly, nodding. She slowly turned her body, exposing her injured back to Gu He.

Gu He carefully tore a small portion of the fabric around the wound, revealing the white skin marred by the crimson scar.

Raising his hand, Gu He allowed the emerald-green liquid to flow in a trolled stream onto the wound. The liquid washed away the blood while its medial essence seeped into Han Yue’s body. The wound began closing at an astonishing speed, although plete healing would still take a few days.

“All done. Now tell me, what exactly happened earlier? Were these magical beasts the ones who caused your injury?” Gu He asked, gng coldly at the beasts groveling on the ground.

“Sigh… what must e will e,” thought the Azure Wolf King.

Hearing Gu He’s question, the Azure Wolf Ki as though its scalp was about to split open from fear. Its limbs trembled untrolbly, and it couldn’t suppress its dread.
