Thinking calmly about the missing parts, Alexander remembered that his two forms did not share everything. That's why some parts did not appear in his status in human form.
The only real issue was that his XP counter, which was no longer next to his level. But, checking his status carefully, he noticed that his XP counter had been replaced by a small progress bar.
"Interesting," he thought. "It seems the way this system presents information is volatile… maybe other things will even change in the future."
After solving the disappearances in his status and giving up on persisting in thinking about the accelerated aging due to lack of information, Alexander finally took his bath. And once bathed, he began to carefully inspect the changes his two forms had undergone.
There wasn't much more in the human form besides what Alexander had already seen. The only noteworthy thing he hadn't paid attention to before was that he had grown to about 1.70m in height.
On the other hand, his goblin form had changed a lot. If the changes to it were summarized into one concept, that concept would be becoming more "human."
"This form's appearance changed a lot after the evolution. It almost doesn't look like a goblin anymore," thought Alexander, carefully observing his goblin form in the river water. "Its height is about 1.35m; its nails and teeth are still too prominent to be considered 'normal,' but have become 'acceptable'; its short hair looks very human-like; its ears and nose are still protruding and pointed, but softened a lot compared to what they were before."
Upon analyzing this form well, he concluded that, by Earth's standards, it was no longer repulsive, which obviously doesn't mean it was beautiful… If he had to categorize its appearance, he would place it as exotic, meaning it was far from being beautiful or common, but not scary enough to be considered hostile in an environment of great diversity, as this world should be.
The biggest/only problem Alexander saw in this form was its red hue, as he had no information to pass himself off as a red demi.
"Looking with a bit of goodwill, this color is even acceptable, because it would be much worse if I had inherited that sickly/nauseating red hue from the {Poisonous Slime} like I inherited its skill |Poisonous Mist|," thought Alexander, grateful for his hue. "Good thing I put some points in (Charisma)… Who knows what would have happened to my goblin form during the evolution process without them."
Upon analyzing all the details of his two forms, he saw that his "spear" was a bit above average in human form, but was completely disproportionate to the body size in his goblin form, although it was still smaller than in his human form.
"…" Alexander.
"It seems goblins are really structured to procreate with several species and races," he analyzed with some surprise. "This genetic adaptation doesn't seem to me to be for reproducing only with someone/something of the same body structure."
Setting this last discovery aside, Alexander put on his rags, for they could no longer be called clothes, and began to get used to his two forms.
As soon as he started doing some more intense exercises, he realized his body had become slightly out of control due to the rapid growth.
Since he had no one to teach him how to do this the right way, Alexander could only rely on the knowledge he had from his past life to help him in this process.
This wasn't entirely impossible, thanks to the research knowledge on human evolution he developed on Earth during his education and career as a teacher. But he knew that, contrary to what fantasy books show, theoretical knowledge is not equivalent to practical knowledge.
With no other option, Alexander had to start training the only way he could at that moment: by trial and error.
The changes were so many, and so fast, that he could no longer gauge his strength and speed. Trying to synchronize both at maximum was then asking to fall or miss the target. But with much practice, progress began to appear.
When Alexander stopped practicing due to exhaustion, it was already quite late. He then ate something, returned to his goblin form, and went to lie down inside the Goblin Dungeon, but not before appraising the parts exclusive to this form.
[|Poisonous Mist|:] Creates a mist using any of the body's poisons. The area and potency of the mist's effect depend on the intensity and amount of poison used.
The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
[(Poisonous Body):] Strengthens any skill or enhancement related to poison. Increases the bearer's predisposition on the poisonous path.
[(Poison Production):] Creates a gland that produces poison and the channels to secrete it through the nails and fangs.
Alexander slept poorly as usual that night, but still woke up in a good mood and went back to training after eating something. But while practicing, he noticed he had reached a bottleneck. He was no longer able to improve satisfactorily while training.
After thinking for a while about his options, Alexander decided it was better to try pressure training and see what happened. Fortunately, there was a good "assistant" in the BOSS room of the Goblin Dungeon…
Arriving in front of the BOSS room doors, he returned to his human form and took a deep breath to clear his mind of things that weren't important at that moment.
With a calmer mind, Alexander opened the room doors and saw that its interior was almost identical to the Slime dungeon, but this one had a large and bizarre goblin to appraise.
[{Hobgoblin} – Monster – 1st Evolution]
With a quick analysis, he created a profile of the hobgoblin. Its height was about 1.70m; its physique was relatively lean and equipped with leather armor; and there was a wooden club in one of its hands.
As soon as Alexander stepped inside the room, the hobgoblin let out a challenging roar, raised its club, and ran in his direction.
Without thinking twice, he launched the spell |Water Jet| at the raised club and sent it flying from the hobgoblin's hands to the back of the room, leaving it divided between continuing to advance or going to retrieve it.
Taking advantage of the hobgoblin's indecision, Alexander used the skill |Magical Body Strengthening|, shortened the distance, and punched the hobgoblin in the stomach, where the guard was lower.
The punch was so strong it lifted the creature. But, contrary to his expectations, the attack didn't affect it more than enraging it.
Still in the air, the hobgoblin retaliated by throwing an uppercut, but Alexander managed to dodge narrowly by jumping back. "Dodging that attack was more his demerit than my own merit… He doesn't seem familiar with the concept of attacking with the minimum movement possible."
Alexander obviously wasn't a fighter, but he learned some concepts about how to fight during his research. The strangest thing was that such concepts can be learned with combat experiences, but the hobgoblin didn't seem to have any experience in that area. "That mission's description is correct. It must have been a long time since anyone cleared these dungeons."
Although the hobgoblin's attacks were very open and full of openings, they still contained power and danger. The fight that started in Alexander's favor changed sides when his advantage was pitted against the hobgoblin's strong instincts.
A monster's instincts are not something to be underestimated. When he went to punch the hobgoblin for the third time, he received a sort of punch right in the rib.
A blow like that should at least crack the ribs of a normal human, but all it did to him was cause pain and push him back.
During this fight, he couldn't have been happier to have acquired the (Defense) attribute, because for every two to three blows he landed, one was returned. And even though it caused him a lot of pain, his body showed no signs of breaking so easily.
The combat continued intense and both became injured, but time and the fight made Alexander's instincts surface, and the fight turned in his favor.
Feeling this and growing weaker over time, the hobgoblin tried to make a desperate charge with all its strength and Alexander responded in kind. But just before they collided, Alexander leaped forward and kicked it in the chest as hard as he could.
This attack would probably have cost him his life against a faster and/or more experienced fighter, but the hobgoblin couldn't dodge and its sternum began to break.
The force of the blow was so great that it stopped the BOSS's momentum and threw it backward, making it hit its head on the ground.
Feeling the hobgoblin was finished, Alexander took that opportunity to finish it off with a submission hold, which stopped its movements, and a strong and brutal twist of the neck, which caused more damage than an internal decapitation.

Ding!
[Mission Completed]
"— ROAR —" Alexander couldn't explain what happened, but as soon as he had confirmation that he had won his first hand-to-hand fight, a sudden desire to roar in triumph arose within him.
His enthusiasm for the victory was short-lived, because as soon as the adrenaline dropped, he "collapsed to the ground" due to the mental exhaustion the fight had caused him.
"This hand-to-hand fight demanded a lot from me. I had to stay completely focused the whole time." No matter how much Alexander wasn't going all out, it was still a fight to the death with his own hands. The feeling and the wear were completely different from a fight with magic.
As soon as he felt a bit better, he used the growth points he had to strengthen |Invigorate| by two levels and heal himself.
Ding!
[|Invigorate (Beginner)| leveled up to |Invigorate (Advanced)|]
Truth be told, Alexander could already have promoted his class to the next level, but he preferred to save his growth points to strengthen |Invigorate|, because his goal was to survive, not cause damage to enemies.
Feeling much better after good doses of |Invigorate (Advanced)|, which became even more refreshing, he went to the chest and took the reward for completing the dungeon.
The Goblin Dungeon's reward was almost equal to the Slime Dungeon's. The only difference was that this one came with a bit more silver than the other.
"Could this silver be to compensate for the fact that the BOSS didn't leave anything good?" Alexander, unacceptingly, scanned his eyes across the BOSS room. "Maybe… but I'll take its club and armor anyway."
Glimpsing some possible uses for these items, he picked them up and took them with him out of the dungeon.
