In a time where levels are everything, Felix finds himself at the bottom of the pile. He struggles to scrape together enough for rent and basic necessities, and what little he has left over goes into a fund to buy himself that precious ticket into even just one of the minor dungeons. But all that changes when he receives the opportunity of a lifetime from an unlikely source.Meanwhile, humanity is in the middle of a war. They were discovered by an ancient civilization of creatures called the Ezgendi, and are on the losing end of the fight despite their best efforts.
