Well that was quite a bit, more interestingly, all of the gifts slowly vanish away as they are absorbed by my system. Looking over what I have left of options, these isn’t really much I can do right now, since I feel I need a level to do more. Though I do feel the energy of the dragon dungeon slowly being refined into something as I continue on my work. I can start creating rooms for what I have and picking through my current available monsters as I create the rooms. First on my mind is a place to produce these dragonoid skeletons, so I begin carving through a rough cave-like room. I attach it to the top most layer of the crypt and the eventual basement of the castle since I want to make a story out of it. With that carving slowly I let my mind wonder to what I can do. First and foremost I have more types of skeletons that I can put together, mostly skeletal dragon like creature. Skeletons of kobolds, dragonkin, and even some strange creature with wings instead of arms, wyvernkin maybe. That is most of the bipedal type and of them the third one is the least useful, without the natural webbing they just have very long fingers on their hands.
Slightly bigger on the scale of dragon creatures I have a few four legged creatures, almost like a weird dog. Drakes is probably the best name for them, dragons without wings but four legs and all that. The other creations are…..far bigger from there, with the wyvern and even dragon skeletons being way too big and expensive. I could maybe get away with one as a room feature right now but as a creature they are a bit too much. I do poke my currently wandering skeletons as I finish up carving this cave room out and get a sense of how I can improve them. Mostly it’s just upgrading them with dragon like traits which would probably ease some people slightly. Though mostly I just stare at the fact that doing all of them would stick me right at the edge of what my [Aether] could support. So I am just going to put that off for later and return to it as an option for later that I might apply to them.
Next on my to do list of things to look at is the silk creators that I have been rather happy to see kicking around. Checking through them my options are far more limited then the dragon skeletons, which makes sense.
Skeletal Spinner:

A combination of bones and magic

often found in locations suffused
with death and spirit mana.
These amalgamations of bones
form in the shapes of spiders
and begin spinning webs
consuming and binding the ambient
mana in the formation.
The silk of Skeletal Spinners are sought
after by criminals and assassins trying to hide
their life from others.
Gemsilk Spiders:
[Rare]
Large spiders with gem-like growths along
their bodies and legs.
After absorbing large amounts of ambient
earth mana they have evolved to mimic the gems
they nest in.
the threads they weave are skillfully filled with
earthen mana causing them to be more akin to
gems drawn into long strands of webs.
These spiders and their silk are highly sought after
for their beauty and durability.
Well that solves all my problems doesn’t it, not only will both sets of spiders be good for silk making, but they even fit my themeing well. Though the skeletal spinners might attract the types of people I would rather not have on hand during all of this. But with that in mind I begin working on a small offshoot of the eventual basement of the castle and right under where the camp is planned to be for the eldest. Digging out the darker caves I have a miner golem take the types of gems I have digged up to the little cave. The second cave I attach with what will eventually be a trap door and just start forming the spiders in there. They are about as big as a tarantula and I can put in about 3 of them in the cave, they get to work immediately and I can feel the mana begin to be focused into them.
I leave them to their spinning as I return to the gem spinners cave, and I can see the types of gems left out for them. I grow them all into these dense clusters of gems around the cave before setting a spider next to each. These ones are rather large and I have to expand out the cave to give them plenty of room as they are about the size of a person’s torso. They also begin to nibble on the gems as they they begin to weave their webs. It is all rather quite lovely since they have such a unique look to them, and I bet I can make a large amount of lovely items. I leave them to it aswell and begin to feel like something is settling in my stomach quite aggressively. It’s an odd feeling since I don’t have a stomach anymore so I can’t quite tell what is happening right now. After a few seconds it starts to pass through and I feel a rush of energy pushing through me, and I feel I am on the precipice of something. Not quite sure what that will be but my guess is that I am almost at my next level. I have been stuck at 2 for a bit now so maybe something will set it off soon.
