VIII: SPLATTER

After walking for what seemed like hours-cycles, and turning down several corners left and right, Magnus had finally reached the end of his unknowable journey.

“And what be… THIS???” the World-Breaker asked as he faced a plain white impenament wall.

Wanting to turn his head, Magnus was stopped by General Tyze, who shouted, “DO NOT MOVE! Not a single thrackin’ inch, do you understand me?! Confirm command!”

“Confirm command??? General, I ask you what--”

“I SAID CONFIRM COMMAND, THRACKER,” General Tyze angrily snapped as he dug the barrel of his Auto-Rifle deeper into Magnus’s back, causing his forehead and face to briefly hit the wall.

Gritting his teeth, Magnus still kept his emotions stabilized as he replied, “Command confirmed… General.”

“Grand… Very grand, World-Breaker,” Tyze smirked as he looked at the rest of the Knights that were in his squad.

With the World-Breaker’s back still turned, General Tyze gave his men a quick and precise head nod.

The Knights then raised their Pulsar Auto-Rifles and aimed them directly at Magnus’s unprotected backside and skull.

Still trying to process all that had just happened to him in the span of mere minute-cycles, Magnus’s thoughts were racing as well as his heart rate.

Closing his eyes, the World-Breaker ‘tried’ to calm himself as General Tyze gave his men a ‘three-count’ hand single.

  THREE…

Taking away one of his fingers, General Tyze threw up ‘two’ of them.

  TWO…

As General Tyze pulled away another one of his fingers, Magnus still attempted to settle his thoughts, heart rate, and emotional level.

  ONE.

Pulling away his last finger, General Tyze gave his men another head nod which allowed them to power up the energy charges on their Auto-Rifles.

“Magnus, open your eyes… OPEN YOUR EYES,” the little girl’s voice echoed to the World-Breaker again within his mind.

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

Magnus scrunched his brow in confusion until he heard the energy charges on the Knights’ weapons ‘fire up’.

Realizing what was happening, Magnus reopened his eyes and lowered his brow.

  SPLATTER!!!

With a single thought, Magnus ‘broke’ two of General Tyze’s Voltairan Knights.

Splattering bloody mutilated chunks of meat and brain matter on both walls of the narrow, dead-end hallway, Magnus still kept his back turned with his fists now tightly clenched.

“Oh thrack… FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!!!” General Tyze raged towards his two remaining Knights as they instantly opened fire upon the World-Breaker.

As several bolts of golden pulsar energy rushed towards him, Magnus used his telekinesis to stop them all just inches away from his back.

Witnessing this amazing display of a mere morsel of Magnus’s true power, General Tyze stopped firing and stared at the wall of energy bolts in shock.

“Buh-Buh-By the Emperor,” General Tyze quivered as he slowly started to back away from Magnus.

Trying to keep his emotional baseline leveled but angry at how General Tyze and his squad tried to kill him whilst his back was turned… LIKE THRACKING COWARDS, Magnus went against his sacred code as a Galactic Decider and let his emotions run rampant.

Sending the energy shots back from whence they came, the two remaining Knights were filled head to toe as General Tyze activated his armor’s forcefield generator at the last possible milli-cycle.

Rebounding the energy shots off of his force field, General Tyze sprinted down the other end of the hallway and dipped around a corner after Magnus had killed his last two remaining Knights.

Still facing the wall, Magnus sensed General Tyze fleeing and used his telekinesis to stop him.

“GURGH!” General Tyze grunted after feeling an ‘invisible force’ latch onto his whole body.

Then, in an instant, General Tyze's entire skeleton ripped from out of his body and armor, leaving only a ‘bloody husk’ of skin and organs in its wake.

Having just killed four Voltairan Knights and one General in milli-cycles, Magnus tried to contemplate all of what he had just done.

Knowing fully that he would be executed for such a HEINOUS action against the Voltairan Empire, the World-Breaker, whose emotions were now fully unleashed, let out an angry cry of rage.

  “RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!”
