Though physically weaker than most goblins, his intelligence, planning, and emerging earth magic have reshaped the tribe’s future. He is deeply loyal to the Ironfang and sees them as his true family. Despite orchestrating multiple successful conquests, he now feels left behind in personal strength and has resolved to grow on his own to protect his tribe.

Throk
Race: Goblin
Class: Fighter
Throk is a loud, enthusiastic frontline combatant, known for his boundless energy and battle spirit. While not the most subtle thinker, he is courageous, loyal, and eager to prove himself. His enthusiasm for training and expanding the warrior ranks often clashes humorously with Grub’s practicality.

She now works to earn her standing and prove her loyalty before she can contribute fully.

GROUPS / FACTIONS
The Fangs of Winter
Race: Goblins and Wolves
Class: Goblin Wolf Rider
The elite mounted unit of the Ironfang, led by Rika. Fiercely loyal to their wolves, the riders strike fast and hard in battle. Their discipline and coordination with their mounts make them feared even among goblin tribes.
The Ironfang Builders
Race: Goblins
Class: Goblin Builder
A disciplined group responsible for construction, fortification, and infrastructure. Under Tor’s leadership, they have begun transforming Ironfang settlements into stable, organized strongholds. Their work is the backbone of the tribe’s long-term development.
The Ironfang Medics
Race: Goblins
Class: Goblin Medic
The medics treat wounds, manage supplies, and provide vital battlefield support. They work under Sarela’s direction and are trained to remain calm even during the worst battles. Their skill has dramatically reduced Ironfang casualties.
The Harvest
A mysterious human faction operating in the North Wild. They supply goblin tribes with weapons and food in exchange for attacking human settlements, guiding the tribes from the shadows. Their goals remain unclear. Jin acts as their emissary, maintaining polite but unsettling relations with the Ironfang.
Enemy Tribes
Duskroot Tribe (Conquered)
The first tribe the Ironfang conquered after winter. Starved and weakened by the cold, they fell to Grub’s strategy rather than combat. Hask lost a duel to Grub, securing their surrender. The Duskroot became the first absorbed tribe of the Ironfang, setting the pattern for future conquests.
Red Tusk Tribe (Conquered)
A large and brutal tribe ruled by Ghorlag Bloodtusk, a mean Bugbear chieftain who ruled through fear and strength. They vastly outnumbered the Ironfang but were dismantled through strategy, ambushes, psychological warfare, and careful coordination. Their downfall exposed the humans who supplied them, leading the Ironfang to meet the Harvest.
Bonegnasher Tribe (Conquered)
Savage, chaotic, and ruled by Skarn, the Bonegnashers attacked without discipline. Despite their numbers, they were crushed by Ironfang defenses, traps, and strategy. Their surviving warriors, hunters, and families were absorbed into the Ironfang, with Vexa becoming their most prominent members.
