  Selected today as siege day- measuring damage done!

  ---

  *BOOM!* *RATTLE* *SHAKE*

  I hear explosions occur above me, the prison is sealed and no one can leave and even if they do they have to survive the destruction above us.

  I energize my body and start pumping myself up- no chakra can be used but they didn't put measures in pce to remove natural chakra!

  *BOOM!*

  My fist flies at the prisons cage and bends the metal ever so slightly, again!

  *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *CLANG!* *SNAP!*

  I bend the bars with explosive punches that swing as fast as I can see... I step out of the cell and walk my way through the halls of T&I.

  "Hey! You cant leave! Remain in your cell!" The only guard left ensuring no one leaves yells out.

  He appears to have rushed down after hearing the commotion, a standard Jonin- probably rusty from working a desk job for quite some time.

  He rushes me and throws two kunai, I deflect both blows with ease as I walk towards him and he sprints at me.

  *Sp!*

  I sp the hallway walls and the noise echoes down it, my genjutsu starts to take root in his chakra- *Woosh!* I dodge his punch and retaliate with a swift kick to his gut- *Smash!* and smash him against the wall with a followed up punch.

  He flickers out of the wall and attempts to perform a jutsu-

  *Snap!~*

  "What are you-" He freezes... for him tree roots wrap around his body and keep him still, his mind thinks he is stuck and so his body follows.

  "Thanks for the hospitality" I thank the man as I walk up the stairs and use shapeshifting to become him.

  I walk through the rather empty T&I and navigate my way over to the employee lounge room to steal some clothes, after donning a new appearance I walk outside to hear Konoha clearly.

  My face turns and twists in disgust.

  This is what I am being rewarded with? Mothers screaming? Children crying? Men dying!? I feel awful... no wonder people treat Naruto so harshly, just listening to this destruction and mayhem have caused me to be sick in the stomach.

  I stare through my seal and attempt to break it... unsuccessful- but at least my minor gaze will seep through, I stare across the ndscape and my stomach truly drops.

  Dead bodies littered under rubble... a towering beast roaring loudly and swinging its tails, every limb dragging down more and more of Konoha.

  I watch as the beast gets flung into the forest from a giant staff... didn't know the old kage could pull something like that out of his pocket, guess he is considered to be the strongest for a reason.

  Destruction of Konoha... no, no I cant be a part of this, I know its fake but I draw the line at hurting those close to me.

  I should have never entered this scroll.

  I sprint over the rubble and towards the nine tailed beast, going as fast as possible without care- I need to die quick and get out of this challenge, best bet is the tailed beast, the destruction he caused will help me get a good scroll but the siege is basically over.

  I slide across the rubble and I unch from roof to wall- crossing over the ruined houses broken into pieces with ease.

  *Woosh!*

  I nd in the forest and it seems that the third Hokage and some Anbu are following...

  "You! All non Anbu are to handle the safety of the civilians, go back to Konoha and don't be stupid" The Hokage commands sternly and I rush ahead.

  "Naruto..." I hear someone cry out my brothers name... is this where he gets the beast sealed into him?

  I part the leaves blocking my view and walk through to find both the fourth Hokage and... oh, so that's who Naruto's parents are... that makes a lot of sense in hindsight- I can see both of their faces in the kid he currently is... my Naruto, not fake baby Naruto.

  I shift into Kenzo again, purposefully burning yang energy to make myself look normal and not aged, the third Hokage is a bit stumped by what's happening but makes sure to command the Anbu to watch closely.

  "Fourth" I say as I approach.

  The two look gnce at me but focus on their child... do they even realise that they have been impaled? This is gruesome, wholesome... but they need medical attention immediately- no, sorry- this isn't reality.

  "You said this was going to happen... I remember you saying none of this will affect your time... I suppose that means whatever happened already did and you are peaking into the past?" The fourth whispers at me as his wife seems to talk to Naruto.

  That's quite the belief he has in me, or maybe he is as smart as the stories say... he speaks as he performs a jutsu.

  ...

  "Yeah" I reply.

  "Naruto..." He begins.

  "Immature, loves ramen, well trained and a cheeky personality" I reply with a smirk.

  "Have they caught the masked man?" He asks and I furrow my brows.

  "What do you mean?" I reply.

  "So I didn't get the time to talk... the one ciming to be Madara, he released the nine-tails" He admits.

  What...?

  "What? What does that mean? Hey!? Listen!?" I ask, practically begging as the Hokage and a few Anbu restrain me from interrupting him.

  I watch as the tailed beast is sealed within Naruto, and the two die.

  I didn't hear any st words... he chose to inform me over speaking to his child...

  A lump forms in my throat and I feel an extra pound of guilt weigh on me, my stomach feels heavier than ever.

  ...

  ..

  .

  I remain silent all the way back, after I am pced back into my prison cell the third Hokage tells me he will be back to understand exactly what is going on.

  I wont be there though... this isn't real... did that actually happen? Someone released the nine tails and killed Naruto's parents? Someone caused all that hate to fall on Naruto?

  My brother?!

  My. Brother.

  Someone who got away with it...

  No more.

  The seal on my eye snaps as my unyielding stare breaks through the seal.

  "Another thing to add to my list" I mutter.

  "Thrive, and kill the masked man" I will cause them pain like never before.

  Because I didn't do any damage personally to Konoha in the scroll the total reward was reduced into two scrolls. Statistic scrolls, I put them both in natural regeneration.

  The dragon style is the taijutsu I learnt in prison, or rather I am learning the very basics now and the muscle soaking, body flicking, speedy punching techniques are all rolling into one skill, if I learn enough maybe the wire skill will be consumed by it as well.

  *SLAM* *PUNCH* *CRASH!*

  My body flies crazily at my two students as they dodge my attacks and the ground gets struck with impact lightning attacks.

  They are great at the combat stuff, brain dead when it comes to tactics however, but at least I don't have to teach them anything basic and that Danzo at least made sure his dumbest soldiers were worth something.

  *Woosh!* *SMACK*

  Raiki ducks under one of my kicks and smacks away my palm attack that approaches him- the contact makes a satisfying cp sound and he smiles before flipping out the way of my next strike.

  *Zap!* *Woosh*

  I suddenly burst to Satsumi's location and she dodges all my twitching blows, one, two, three, four, five punches within three seconds and all of them are dodged with ease.

  I ease off of them and stand down as they colpse from exhaustion, I would be the same if I didn't have a better amount of yang energy to keep me up.

  Haaaa- haaa-

  I take a few breaths and go over our recent spar in my head, they still cant learn how to use the lightning mana but they can learn the correct set of moves before applying mana to them.

  Right now they are specifically learning how to fight like I do, so none of the root stuff and more speeding up to someone dealing a ton of damage and then dashing around the battlefield.

  Its simple but fine for now.

  The Hokage said its fine to take my time on this project so I haven't rushed into the next scroll, especially since I had... seen that st time, and the revetions of the Konoha Kyubi attack.

  Something that 'Madara' will pay dearly for.

  I have three months left to start getting these guys training without me and then Kenzo returns from his trip, I then make it in time for the end of the year and get to see Naruto graduate.

  I should be practicing as Kenzo in my challenge scrolls but I don't have that much time tely, as all of it is going towards figuring out my student dilemma.

  I do have a few choices however to decide on what I want to do going forward.

  The first one is using seals that the students can learn to use, the downside is that they don't really learn anything and a good seal master could deactivate them and make my duo weaker mid battle- the seals would look like one use items that automatically charge up and then fire off my techniques when ready.

  The second idea I had was to have them memorize exactly what I do when I use one skill, I would tap into their mana and use it for them until they copy the forging technique and have a basic shaped spell instead- so weaker but over the years they will learn a great forged spell... also one trick pony with the spell.

  The third idea was from the Hokage, that being to use a mixture of both seals to help guide the mana and memorization to have them learn coating, sliding and etc- basically they will learn all the simple skills from me and none of the advanced versions... so no burst breathing or dragons breath, coating their bodies and sliding around with soaked lightning bdes of sorts.

  The tter sounds most useful but the above also allow them access to advanced techniques and they wont be incapable of using mana as soon as the seals go down.

  Haaa... I might stick with the mixture as that is what the Hokage wants from this, but if I have any better ideas I will make a change of pns.

  "Attention, the both of you!" I yell.

  "Yes sir!" They reply.

  "I know you are terrible at reports so we are going to skip that- but surely their exists a braincell in those skulls of yours that can tell me how much you both have gained in mana these recent days" I ask them.

  "About half my mana over a week sir!" Raiki says.

  "I meditated sir! I have full reserves!" Satsumi tells me.

  Okay, we have been testing the times and it seems if they dedicate hours to meditation they gain a full storage within a week and without meditating they gain a full storage in two weeks.

  "Now tell me about your performance in these spars!" I ask loudly.

  "Yes sir- we should have teamed up against you sir!" Raiki says.

  "Sir! Raiki dyed my favourite bag bright green!" Satsumi replies.

  "Sir! It was a trash bag and I dumped old tins of pain into it sir!" Raiki retaliates.

  "Was... it intentional?" I ask.

  "Yes sir!" Raiki smugly smirks.

  "Why you little-" Satsumi jumps Raiki and starts strangling him, Raiki struggles on the floor and continues to make horrific sounds as he chokes...

  "That's enough Satsumi!" I command.

  "Understood sir!" She gets up a tone happier.

  Raiki takes some breaths before getting up and wobbling for a moment, half kneeling and keeping his hands on his knees as he takes deep breaths.

  "Woah... sir" He says with a hint of terror.

  ...

  He might have been part way through fainting... or dying depending on how angry Satsumi was.

  "Both of you! Standard training now!" I yell and they rush to grab the middle part of the big rock, they cim it to be the best part.

  "Standard training! Not afternoon training!" I yell out.

  "Ha- loser~" Raiki begins doing ps around the training grounds as Satsumi who won the confrontation and secured the rock has to leave it.

  The training continues for the rest of the day and after noon passes I take my leave, heading back home to my apartment- which feels quite nice actually, the walls are painted a nice cool grey and everything feels minimalist, I wasn't going to buy much because I thought it wouldn't be wise since its only temporary.

  But I think the minimalism is growing on me, all I need is the essentials- plus a few flowers that I regurly buy.

  Though people would consider me incredibly boring if they entered as not even a book is anywhere in this room, no bored games or even ninja stuff... I carry everything I need and my uniforms are copy and past between the hooded mask or goggles and casual.

  It is in fact very boring, all I do is eat, train and sleep.

  But I kind of needed to stay on the ball this previous month, now I have three more to ze through as I try and figure out what needs to happen.

  Challenge scrolls are needed and I also require the knowledge on what I am doing and how I am going forward these four months... so sometime this month I will get to challenging.

  But for now I need a hobby.

  ...

  Technically I am 28 and can legally drink in both Kenzo and Oswalds standards... nah, I shouldn't until my body can develop a bit more.

  Maybe I should spend this extra time learning some more Kenzo shifting? Not much I can learn without dedicated training, but I can take some time to keep up with Kenzo style side of things.

  Still leaves me with an awkward amount of sitting at home doing nothing time... too little to use efficiently and too much to waste.

  I get up and stretch in my room before walking outside to go on a walk, maybe lets try some food in pces I have yet to be.

  Kenzo is only allowed in one pce after all- and I have been ping ponging around so much that I never really got to do much as a normal guy.

  ...

  I heard Yakiniku Q was popur in town and one of the best pces to eat, I easily have enough money for some barbeque.

  I walk through Konoha and find myself in the nice pce, I can see many booths so hopefully I wont have to share with anyone.

  "Hello, welcome! I'm sorry but we are full tonight- would it be okay if you shared a booth?" As I approach the first waitress I see she tells me the opposite of what I am thinking.

  Ha- maybe shouldn't of jinxed myself, I am only eating so it should be fine just to share for a meal.

  "Yeah, that's fine by me" I reply.

  A few moments pass and she gestures for me to enter into one of the booths willing to share.

  I enter and listen to find out that only two others are on the other side.

  "And what will you be ordering this evening?" The waitress asks me.

  ...

  "I have no clue, I have never been- do you recommend anything?" I ask her.

  After a few moments of talk between me and the waitress I settle on 'salted beef tongue with welsh onion' as she tells me its the most popur dish.

  Ah, right this is the kind of pce where we cook the food on the table... need to be wary where I pce myself as a blind guy.

  "Thank you both for sharing" I smile and thank the two who let me share with them.

  "No worries, you haven't been here before? I thought almost everyone in Konoha had at one point" The man chuckles.

  "I'm a bit of an odd case in most peoples books" I reply with a smirk.

  "... sorry but are you Ryu?" Kurenai sensei asks and I nearly tumble in my seat.

  "Kurenai-san-? You startled me, I didn't realise you were back... oh no... I haven't been missing work have I...?" I sweat a little as keeping an eye on Katsuko and Kanata is my job.

  "We got back two days ago... so they should have only had to do work today- maybe keep some notes to remind yourself when the three are in town" She suggests.

  "Ryu? Oh I heard about you from Kurenai, hahah- thought you were a Kakashi-like but seeing as you have no mask I stand corrected, names Asuma nice to meet you" Asuma greets.

  "Pleasure to meet you" I nod my head.

  "Here is your order- do you two need another round?" The waitress asks.

  "Yes please" Asuma replies and the waitress leaves.

  Hmmm... what is the protocol when eating this...?

  "Do you... need help?" Kurenai asks with worry.

  Oi- she is staring at me like I am an idiot! Well... to be fair that's all I have shown her... but come on! Its meat and fire!

  "I should be good, getting much better at the not seeing thing" I reply and find my chopsticks to start cooking food.

  "Make room for me!" Someone says and pushes me down the booth while pcing a bottle of some alcoholic beverage.

  My chopsticks miss my mark and I end up stabbing the table, I awkwardly adjust myself and aim for the food again only to fumble once more as I hear a hissing sound in the new dies cloak which cause me to twitch instinctively and stab the table once more.

  ...

  "... what's with this guy?" The new dy asks and starts downing the bottle.

  ...

  "Sure you don't need help?" Kurenai asks smugly.

  ...

  How do I recover from this?
