"Time, Morning. Location, Outside Raphtalia's Vacation Home."
After three days, Recknoght made it one thousand feet from Raphtalia's vacation home with a small army, multiple diplomats, Hua, Yao, and Felicia. As Recknoght walked closer to the vacation home, he was forcefully sent back with a shock. "Wh...what the hell was that!?" Recknoght stood up, "That was a forcefield, a result of plasma magic." Yao informed. "Plasma magic? The hell is plasma magic!? The only magics are fire, water, nature, earth, wind, and thunder." Recknoght snarled.
"Sir...plasma magic is the result of anyone who has an aptitude for fire and thunder magic." One of Recknoght's guards said. "Is that so, Nockto? Then how do we get past it?" Recknoght tapped the forcefield. "If it were any other magic user, Ms. Felicia or I would be able to overpower it. But Raphtalia Dragonborne stated that she has unlimited mana, so we can't overpower her forcefield.
"With Our Dragonborne Family. Time, Morning. Location, Raphtalia's Vacation Home."
Raphtalia stirred awake, moving her arm to wrap around Emerome. Hmm? Where's Emerome? Raphtalia opened her eyes, seeing a pillow where Emerome had been. And to think she thought I wouldn't tell the difference between her and a pillow. Raphtalia smirked. "Oh, good morning, my love. I made your favorite. Omelets, toast, steak, andcranberry sauce." Emerome walked closer to the bed, setting down the food tray onto Raphtalia's lap. "Oh, how I missed getting my breakfast in bed." Raphtalia grabbed the fork and knife.
"I'm glad you like my cooking so much. If you didn't, it would probably be bad." Emerome smiled. "Well, even if you had terrible cooking. A dragon wouldn't complain." Raphtalia spoke between bites. Toanleri tapped on the window. As Emerome opened the window, Toanleri stuck her head inside, opening her mouth. "How do you ask?" Raphtalia held a piece of steak. Toanleri released a series of chirps that sounded like the words "Please mom." "There you go, needy girl." Raphtalia threw the piece of steak at Toanleri's mouth.

"Any day now, and she'll be speaking." Emerome shook in excitement. Huh? Something came into contact with my forcefield. Eh, probably a wild animal. I don't sense much mana...if any from it. But it seems persistent. Raphtalia took bites of her omelet. "Is something wrong, my love?" Emerome tilted her head, "Just some animal trying to get past my forcefield." Raphtalia said. "Shouldn't you check out what animal it is?" Emerome asked, "I will if it's still as persistent after we finish eating." Raphtalia threw a piece of her omelet to Toanleri.
After twenty minutes, Raphtalia begrudgingly got out of bed. "It's still persistent, let's go bring it in so it can stop shocking itself." Raphtalia walked out of the room. "Come on, girl." Emerome followed Raphtalia. At the door, Raphtalia and Emerome came across Toanleri waiting for them to get on her back. "When did you teach yourself how to fly?" Raphtalia patted Toanleri's hind leg, helping Emerome onto Toanleri's back. Toanleri chirped, flapping her wings, lifting herself off the ground.
As the three made it to the edge of the forcefield, Toanleri lowered to the ground. Raphtalia and Emerome got off Toanleri, their expression darkening at the sight before them, as Toanleri looked at the group in confusion. "I thought I made myself clear about trying to get me in any way." Raphtalia stepped outside the forcefield. "That was until I found out that your egg wasn't a dud. Now that I know that you have a Child of God in your possession." Recknoght nodded at Toanleri, "I'm willing to pardon you and reinstate our engagement." Recknoght offered.
"I'll have to decline. As I am already married, I'm not looking for a cocubine that is a heavy downgrade of my spouse." Raphtalia held her hand up, showing off her wedding ring. "Oh? And who have you married in under a week?" Recknoght cocked his brow. "My beloved, of course." Raphtalia gestured towards Emerome. "Your maid? What does a woman like her have that makes me a downgrade?" Recknoght laughed. "Everything. Now then, will you leave peacefully? Or will I have a target for my dragon to use so I can train her attacks?" Raphtalia held her hand up higher, signaling to Toanleri.
"We'll leave...for now, Dragonborne." Recknoght turned away from Raphtalia. "Your temporary departure will become a permanent one from life if I catch you around her again." Raphtalia lowered her hand. I should start training Toanleri for combat...later, when she's two months old. Raphtalia walked back to Emerome and Toanleri.
