"This is... mixture 12 again, but with the understanding of mixture 34" Satsumi tells me as she looks through my notebook.
Its now filled with notes about how different they will be to me- Satsumi is writing down exactly what I say and repeating previous notes.
But all things considered... this should be the st test before heading in the right direction.
I steal some of his chakra and mix with my own mana... I have sapped all of his mana within his body so unless I refill it personally he wont be able to regenerate the same amount for a week or possibly more.

The 0.3 is their mana, the 98.7 is chakra and what mixture 34 figured out is the 1% pure yang energy... we tried yin but lightning smarts wasn't really visible with these two.
34 made them... partially improved, not to my standards at all but it technically worked.

The mixture forms... and the yang energy surrounds the energy so it does not go votile and conflict with each other- well- it still does go votile, except in a good way.
My nature chakra doesn't like mixing because its so potently lightning and nothing else nature like, so- instead of going against the lightnings nature to go boom when in contact with chakra I turned it into something better.
Think of it like... packing a pound of explosives behind every punch.
The sage chakra will be rampaging inside the user while yang energy will form a thin wrap across the skin- meaning each movement is explosive.
So... Str+ Dmg+
I pour the correct amount back into Raiki as it seems this mixture is correct.
The mixture expands and grows fulfilling its objective... Raiki has a passive buff to power and damage for the next few minutes, or until I stop supplying mana.
His veins become more visible through the skin and lightning markings appear all over his body much like cracks carved all over his skin... his eyes turn the same orange Ryū has, they glow very bright too.
I cancel the mana injection and he slowly loses the transformation...
"Did we do it sir..?" Satsumi asks.
"No. This is useless, luckily we only spent thirty minutes on this... sage mode is a whole different subject to learn... while not as bad as my methods its still got so many drawbacks and stupidly high walls... you both still cant do anything with sage mode- okay, lets keep brainstorming for the day until the Hokage checks in on us" I reply with a heavy sigh.
I need a direction to push most importantly, by the end of today I need results for these two- if not then it would be worthless for Ryū to do any of this and Ryū needs to have some amount of power in Konoha for my own gains...

I sp my face and pull out the siege scroll, if I can get some scrolls to level up my skills I can turn an impossible one day task into as long as I like- the orange box can extend my time with learning... if I am lucky I could get scrolls for skills that will help me here.
Luck... I need to win with skill- this siege could earn me what I want if I wish for it hard enough and completely destroy Konoha.
"Don't bother me, I will meditate on what to do" I tell them and walk off behind a tree... and as soon as I am unseen I walk into the challenge scroll.
I enter the orange box and its dreadful area...the orange box is slowly made into Konoha, I stand before its gates and look around to find that is once again empty.
Hmmm... I undo my goggles for better vision and crack my bones as I shrink to my normal self, at the gates of Konoha is another miniature map of itself.

No screens... how do I start or prepare a siege? Is it actually Konoha? Or maybe I am rushing things...

Words are inscribed on the dirt next to me and a bnk space is left at the end.
'What Konoha will you attack? What year is most profitable to you?( )'
I suppose I am supposed to fill in the bnk space with the year... my history is great actually- terrible thing about that is the fact that I cant imagine a year where Konoha is weak enough for me to destroy parts of it undetected... damn.
What year? I think that means I have to complete the siege within that same year... so preparations for that time and execute the pns as soon as I can.
Hm. So I don't get any forces, I have to somehow get them... or make a pn good enough to siege Konoha on my own.

I wince as words are carved into the hokage mountain, I look up after the noise is over.
'Decre one day as siege day and the total destruction that day will be monitored'
Oh..?
Okay, lets think dates- I can hijack another siege or great destruction... the fox? What happens if my year spent is wasted because it couldn't break out this time? Wouldn't I have put myself in a time period where the fastest man alive can break any pn I have with finesse and before it happens?
I am a variation in these years and I don't know much about the fox attack to have it go the same... but then again, what other time would be greater for me? Too young and I face the first two kage... the third is almost always there and recent events have someone terrifying according to history texts, the fourth Hokage.

Damn, I also have to worry about other historical geniuses yet to leave or betray Konoha... the sannin would be too much.
I groan out in annoyance... the only viable pn I have is based entirely on luck.

Haaa- its fine, lets go with the year of Naruto's birth... siege date will be his birthday and I will use the time in between to train and theorize on what to do with my students.
The scroll rewards were only a bonus on top of having more time to think.
I close my eyes and pce the goggles onto my head as I input the time and listen as the world shifts and becomes more lively.
I shift into Ryū once more.
11 years ago, 10 months before my rebirth.
There is heavy traffic in and out of Konoha, makes sense seeing as its mid-day... the year just ended and a new one begun so festivities will be occurring right now.
Konoha wouldn't be able to detect me as an enemy ninja because I have no chakra, and they can only ever sense me if I tell the Hokage to detect my goggles or blindfold seal and the chakra in that like in the future.
Do I want to hide in Konoha as a pretend civilian trying to make a new life...? What other choice do I have? What could I possibly do to further my goals as a 'surprise ninja out of nowhere?'
Haaa-
How do I get past the many yers of detection? How does one get an apartment without an identity in this time? How do I not get caught by literally any observant ninja here?
So many troublesome developments.
I could just live in the wilds until October 10th...? And it actually sounds like my safest option to not change the timeline at all.

I walk away from the busy gate and just keep walking... and walking... and more walking.
Minutes, hours, days pass until I find a safe spot for me to set up in, Konoha patrols don't go out this far and only the worst of criminals would come out here to hide.
Meaning its a great pce to y low and train as much as possible.
The area is just like the rest of the nd of fire- forest! But has dryer nd and more patches of dirt rather than grass, its also not near any town so I have to make this pce work for a while.
I sit down on the ground and start pnning a temporary camp, just like the forest of death I am a ninja who is more than capable of surviving in this environment.

So- I have set up my camp, it looks just like any standard camp with a tent I went and bought because why waste precious time recreating very easily obtained things with a trip to the closest towns... which while still far away still allow me to set up the basics but not allow me to go every other month and still learn.
Speaking of learning, I have identified the three main problems with my current student situation and am currently solving the first one.
Problem one: Accessibility.
Accessing the Lightning mana and using it without my help is almost certainly the biggest hurdle and what I need to understand first- how can my students learn to use it on their own.
Problem two: Functionality.
This is another annoying hurdle, great! My students can use my lightning mana! Now what you ask? They cant do anything with it?
This is a problem to be solved after I discover if I am using sage chakra, pure nature chakra or some other solution, I need to figure out an easy to use solution that allows me to teach students these techniques within a few years rather than lifetimes.
Problem three: Benefits.
What do they gain from this? Why not have them learn normal sage stuff or become hokage- because learning without my helper is so hard that the effort needed would be better repurposed into obtaining the Kage title in every vilge over one life.
Need to create reasons for learning this is what I mean, why this and not something easier to learn.
Most ninja don't refuse to learn legendary jutsu like flying thunder god due to not liking it enough... its simply a matter of talent and skill while I need to make it a matter of skill alone.
The current accessibility ideas are all going down the drain at the moment, not a good idea in sight.
I'm basically throwing out the idea of them controlling it without some super evolution I would have to go to great lengths to get- making teaching them almost redundant as I could just give everyone upgrades and be weaker... than everyone I upgraded.
Haaa- this is going to be tough.

Second month in and still no clue what to do, I have given up thinking of a few ideas reted to the box and its upgrades, the learning of my skills through a super genjutsu that mimics the box... yeah I am losing it.
Practically have to find an external tactic in the real world outside to the orange box, like a jutsu... or a seal?
Seals are something I am not versed in at all, I have no idea on where to start and how to start... or what would work with my lightning mana.
But I have a good seal on my goggles, my blood which can contain the lightning mana and eight months till siege time!
Trial and error? Or am I searching for willing teachers...? Lets just stick to trial and error and if my efforts are still nothing at the end of next month I should look for 'sealing for dummies' in some libraries... unlikely but you know... might as well try.

Trial.
And certainly error, sealing is something I cannot even try to attempt without knowing the basics of it, I was insane for thinking I could.
My camp is getting abandoned... meaning more chance to disturb the event and more chance to fail this event which is becoming more and more needed with each passing day... learning this new stuff might need a scroll on its own.
Weeks pass as I make my way through the towns... passing through many nds and eventually deciding to stick to the nd of fire, finding sealing reted items while trying to stay away from Konoha... its odd but these weeks tell me a lot about rogue shinobi life.
Bck-markets are perfect for finding interesting material to study and selling stuff I don't need or want to get rid of... also a quick buck to be made if needed.
Bounty hunting makes life easier as I can get money without doing any crime, perfect for most rogue ninja who don't like to kill innocents or such.
The hideouts and secret locations are amazing, certain pces are very nice to y low in and at the end of my third month I find myself in a brothel and fence for rogue ninja... well I am striking a very good deal with the brothel and not using the brothel parts.
The older looking dy in fine robes presents a bundle, inside seems to be a few sealing notes and books that may be dated but only for vilge seeing eyes, which is better than amazing! Cant get this kind of stuff outside.
I've barely learnt the basics so this should give me a foundation to kick off of and work around to finally start getting my idea off the ground... Mana seals that do the me stuff for them!
"Do you have the required amount?" She asks of me in a superior tone.
I pce a huge bag filled to the brim with money from near my legs and onto the table, I push it to her side and two servants approach and open it to count its contents.
Got that from just bounty hunting... crazy how much money it gets you, the work/life bance is not worth the money for me though, think I like having a home to return to and not constantly running around.

I furrow my brows and listen intently, I heard a croak downstairs in one of the rooms... there seems to be no 'activities' happening, well not audibly at least.
And no movement I can hear either.

Come on... something feels wrong here, I just need the bundle and I can leave, should I just steal it? Its not stealing if I leave the money right? Ah- damnit.
*Tap* *Tap* *Tap*
I start tapping my foot as my anxiety increases and I hear a small shuffle in the room below us- my ears pick up someone digging in their clothing, pulling out some form of paper.
...
"It checks out, pleasure doing business with you" She smiles and pushes the bundle towards me.
I pick it up and nod my head before turning around for the door- *BOOM* an explosion occurs and I sm into the ceiling as it originates from the floor.
*Crash*
I nd in the rubble created and my ears ring from the loud noise and crashing rocks.
I rub my head and get up- *SLAM!* something wet and muscly shoots out and crashes into my chest... sounds like a giant tongue and from the toad croaking I am sure it is a giant toad, the toad seems to be holding me against the wall.
My ears stop ringing and I can finally listen in on the conversation occurring in front of me.
"You sure that's the man who gave you those scrolls? You have to be absolutely positive" An older man asks the brothel owner, she nods her head in fear.
"Tch, that doesn't tell me much more than I knew..." The older man grimaces and furrows his brow as he thinks to himself.
...
"What about you? You know who this is?" He approaches me and holds up paper... I cant see but its not really obvious to those meeting me for the first time.
"I cant see, blind" I smile weakly as he sighs and touches my goggles.
"Wait! Wait! Don't do that!" I plead and he chuckles.
"Why? Thought you were blind?" The man jokes.
"They blind me for a reason! A totally reasonable and easy to expin reason!" I tell him and he holds the goggles to study them.
"Interesting seals... Konoha origin too, and nothing bck market about these- sorry, nothing cheap here is what I meant, meaning you know more about the recent seal thieves... the more I study this seal the more damming your case gets, this is custom?" He starts out intimidating and interrogating, but ends up grumbling to himself about the seal.
"I... got them hand made from a very, very nice traveling Jonin?" I ask hesitantly, obviously not convincing anyone.
"Ha- good attempt but no, your coming back for an in depth talk" He chuckles and throws a punch.
One that knocks me out.
-Sometime ter-
"He said don't take it off" I wake up to hear a guy telling someone something... I feel tired? My hands and feet are bound around a chair as someone picks at my goggles.
"How am I supposed to make a copy of the seal without doing that? It is going to take another half hour without just pulling it off" Some other guy replies as he moves to remove my goggles.
"Stop, I know your new here but surely you are not dumb enough to ignore a sannins words" The other guy groans out in annoyance.
"The seal only blinds him? What's seeing things going to do- from what I see while it is amplified its got nothing special to hold so can I just take it off and get it over with?" The guy stops midway removing mu goggles and that jolts me awake.
"Don't! Stop! Do not do that!" I yell out.
"Listen dumbass, even the prisoner is telling you its a bad idea- do I need to open this cell and restrain you?" The guy tells the man holding my goggles.
I hear the man smirk before swiping my goggles off, I look to the floor and hope I am not staring through any basements... actually, this looks like the basement for T&I.
"See? Told you nothing would happen" The younger man gets up and carries the goggles near the edge of my cell where he starts to copy the seals down.
"People don't wear seals for nothing kid, you shouldn't mess around- in fact make sure to report yourself for this so you can at least try to make a case for momentary stupidity because I am reporting this too" The guy outside the cell sighs deeply and scolds the younger one.
"Done! Now are you done whining? Take the scroll and pce it in evidence- ill pce the goggles back and no one needs to know" The young guy smiles smugly as he walks back to me and tries to pce the goggles back on.
"Oi, lift your head" He says.
...
"Listen- FUCK! LET ME OUT!" He grabs my face and pulls upwards before immediately smming into the cell gates trying to get out- the other man got caught in my gaze and just started sprinting.
...
My gaze uninhibited needs Jonin level willpower to resist... even the strongest of Jonin can fall into fear if they don't have strong minds.
*Sm!* *Sm*
"Let me out! Come back!" He stops yelling from instinct and yells with concern of being trapped with me to the other guy.
...
A few moments pass and I hear the same guy from before approach and unlock the cage before locking it again and running with the younger... free man.
Damn- I hate how real this pce feels... I hate how awful it makes me feel for scaring these people.
I don't think I have the guts to attack Konoha without waiting for the demon fox to roam about.

They didn't put my goggles back on.

-ter that night-
Its been so long... I cant sleep because I might look up accidentally and I feel so bored!
"That's the ninja?" A young adult ask as two people walk down the hall and stop at me.
"Yes lord fourth" Someone swallows saliva... the older guy that was scolding the newbie from before.
"Where is Jiraiya-sensei now? Did he just dump this guy and leave?" The fourth asks the T&I worker.
"No, sir- he said to meet him at the hot springs if we found anything about the seal or if he woke up... we bumped into you when running through Konoha to try and find him lord fourth... the genin is now searching the brothels" the man nervously expins.
"Ah, I see now... and you said that his eyes were 'freaky?' Is there a more concrete expnation?" The door clicks open as the fourth hokage walks up to me.
""Its hard to expin... sorry lord fourth, I just felt like- like running" he shivers trying to remember it.
"Can I have the goggles back? Pretty please? I have been very cooperative and would love to sleep" I ask a lot more confident knowing this isn't reality, then again- my eyes unleashed make me feel ten times better... maybe my personality is affected by being blinded? I do feel so much greater with sight after all...
"Of course, may I ask what your eyes do?" He asks.
"They are unyielding" I respond matter-of-factly.
...
I can feel him stop as he picks up the goggles... my words seem to make him curious.
I can hear him just out of my reach, he kneels forward and looks up.
Uh oh.
*SINK*
"OW! OW! WHY!?? I SAID- Ow! Why would you!?? Are you that curious!!!??" I wince in pain as a kunai is flung into my eye.
I suppose that is what happens when I meet eye to eye with a fight over flight person, especially someone who can react so quickly to his instincts.
The kunai's odd shape threatens to pierce my good eye and scratches my cheek deeply with its three prongs.
"Fffffffffffffff-" I let out some pain in the form of noise and the kage gives me a stare of guilt and concern.
Better feel guilty! Damnit I love that eye! That was contender for my favourite eye!
"I apologise, I was taken off guard- go get a medic now!" He apologises and commands the T&I worker.
He holds my shoulder and studies the goggles...
"This will block any healing attempts- good healing attempts... hold on, I can adapt the seal" He says and uses some of my blood as ink to draw around my good eye.
I retract any and all mana from that blood as he uses it to seal my eye... amazing seal work...
"Your blood is potent... quite potent, better than my current ink formu- how does it channel that much chakra so easily..? Wait- the seal is weakening again- you cant provide chakra? That expins the chakra holding circuit on the goggles... a few minor adjustments and some of my chakra... done" He says and I go completely blind, like I am wearing my goggles again.
"The medical ninja will be here shortly, they will probably put you to sleep in case the bde got near your frontal lobe- I will see you tomorrow... apologies once more" He nervously apologises and stands tall... a few moments pass and I hear the medical ninja enter.
I fall asleep shortly after that.
